A very detailed book, sometimes too much information but it's a great book to help you master and understand the finer points of the theatre

A really good smattering of everything. This is the book I would recommend to anyone who wants to stage anything be it a band, a burlesque show, or a fashion show. It's quite useful in helping you work with all of the people who tech a show and make it look good.

Very interesting, if you are into theatrical lighting design that is. It opened up my creative consciousness to the effects lighting can really have on every day life.

Fine for what it is, but I was hoping for some insight into the aesthetics of scenic design.

More a skim over time than a cover to cover read. This contains a lot of good information related to various forms of theatre tech.
