This was a really good story and my first time reading author Jamie Jones. Older woman and younger man romance which I love.
Piper Isenhart millionaire businesswoman of Perfect Image, knows all about Fashion, Contracts, all of the ins and outs of running a successful enterprise. One thing she is not good in is love, Piper was so busy building her business and getting caught up with the fine men who always managed to use her and leave her broken hearted, that she pretty much gave up on love altogether.
Piper production company constantly has high turnovers, always hiring the fine and the gorgeous people who never stay and jump ship to the next business that looks their way. Her friend Donna challenged her to hire the very first person looking for a job. Disregarding all looks but just hire the first person who walks through your door looking for a job and that person happened to Tyrone Bennett.
Tyrone Bennett, goes to school part time and is looking for full time work, so that he can help out his dad too. He's been up and down New York City and sending his emailing his resume out to every place. With no prospects on the horizon, he sets out once again and finally lands a job at Perfect Image as a freelance production assistant hired by the owner of the company.
Tyrone reports to work the next day, ready and eager to learn. His boss Piper who is normally a worker with blinders on, all of a sudden gains her peripheral vision. Piper's thoughts of being older with no prospects in site have her thinking maybe that is why she is so giddy and nervous around Tyrone. Tyrone knows his boss is attractive and she is sexy to him but his focus is working so that he can handle his business. But sometimes emotions and feelings that have been brewing underneath the surface have their own way of coming forth.
A Storm traps Piper and Tyrone in Perfect Image but what happens the fantasy comes to life? Well you will have to read their story to find out.
