Common sense ideas

A short but to the main points type of book. The author lists a number of common sense ideas that are often forgotten or that many people just neglect to do. This small book is a great reminder.
It also lists resources at the end if a person feels the need for further study into this subject.
If you have any sleep issues, this book is a great starting point in addressing them.

The tips and information in this book may, eventually, help people get better sleep. But I expected a lot more, and found much less.
