"Concealed" is a mystery thrill ride that takes the reader through the events that enable a commercial pilot to formulate a plan for revenge against the United States. His plot takes advantage of radar limitations over desolate stretches of ocean, combined with other detection constraints that can render an airplane nearly invisible. Those intentions soon capture the interest of terrorist organizations that realize the potential to not only conceal an airplane's true identity but turn it into a weapon of mass destruction on a scale never thought possible.

Terrifying suspense thriller both on the page and to imagine in a real-life scenario!
In Concealed, Ash tried to live a normal life in the Philippines after the tragic loss of his wife and kids. However, his past continued to hunt him, consequently leading him to create a plan for revenge on the United States of America. Phase 1 of his plan was successful and with the help of his friend who is a conspirator, Ash partnered with Al-Qaeda in Pakistan to completely carry out his phase 2 plan.

Engaging and terrifying, the narrative was written in a mix of factual and artistic. It is a tense, tautly written, descriptive, electrifying, and formidable novel that makes you think, and most of all, makes you feel every single thing happening as it occurs. I read this work like someone thirsting for water after days in the desert sun—voraciously ingesting the pages as quickly as I could to reach the stunning climax and marvelous ending. I cannot recommend Dan Roberts’ expertly written novel highly enough to all fans of suspense thrillers. It’s a compelling, page-turning, exceptional book that will leave you breathless—both in the written word and emotionally.

An action-filled novel that is sure to have you at the edge of your seat the whole time. Because of its compelling scenes and well-drawn characters, I finished this book in just one sitting.

Alex and Jake, Matt and Susan, and the rest of the team worked together to solve this concealed project. Another 911 attack is about to happen, but this time, it is more sophisticated, dangerous, and devastating. Ash needs to be stopped, the trojan plane needs to be stopped before another bloodbath. Every chapter is an experience itself, and it goes from drama-filled to dark in seconds that you don’t quite expect but should see coming. And it’s compounded with a sense of dark and brutal murders that get worse as the story progresses. The only qualm I have for this book is that everything came at you fast and hard, not giving you a chance to sit with it in the end. There was only so much you could do with the major stakes of the book, only so much that you could take in at a time. As such, it didn’t quite stick the landing, despite a spectacular attempt to do so.

Concealed has been an incredible adventure to read. The author has such a special way of using words that could simply be called artistic and magnetizing in a way that just pulls the readers right in. The climactic moments and scenes of the story are further emphasized and dramatized in the magical way Dan chooses and weaves his words.

The book has stunning twists and turns. At first, I thought Ash was a genius hero of the story as the book provides most pages in narrating Ash’s life. However, with a great climax, readers will come to hate the Ash they once used to love. It’s a wonderful and unique reading experience that I have not experienced from other novels and this sets Concealed to be unique from its counterparts. This book teaches us that people who desperately want to cling to wealth and easy life through force and deceit use deceit and lies. However, some are like Jake and Alex, fearless and who tried to make a difference reminding us that vengeance is not ours.

Concealed was written mostly realistically with just the right amount of action, thrill, suspense, and excitement to keep me captivated and entertained without being overbearing.

This slow-burn action honed Ash, a very skillful, talented, and wise United States Air Force army who is now the Captain of the FAA in the Philippines to become the most dangerous, fearsome villain of all time. The dialogue, the slang language, and the terms felt real and truly depict the characters’ personalities very well with no hint of discrepancy. I felt bad for Nazira, who at first I thought was the story's villain, and then I realized that she was one of the reasons Ash was stopped. Her involvement in the project concealed made her a hero already. I love her character. There’s never a dull moment in Dan’s storytelling and every narrated scene seems to come to life with its vivid description. Highly recommended!

I have always believed that a book is an outer manifestation of its writer’s innermost being and Concealed perfectly lives up to this saying. Dan Roberts, the author, pours out his whole heart into writing this masterpiece and it truly shows in the way that his words were weaved to take readers into a battle that is extremely tangible and one can not help but appreciate such devotion.

The characters and the intense struggle with Ash to stay passive or active are beautifully depicted. There was a great twist at the end, and I was glad that there was a huge twist at the end. The words flowed smoothly and everything is utterly relatable because it talks about aviation, technology, and armaments that are currently in use today. As someone who also loves action, Dan satisfied my longing for that unique plot and deep action, effectively imparting a heavily important message about humanity out into the world.

A book with just the right amount of horror, drama, romance, action, and shocking moments that kept me captivated and entertained without being overbearing. I’ve got to admit, I was utterly impressed.

Alex and Jake are truly an inspiration. With all the turmoil and horrific events happening in their city brought by these terrorists, especially the missing plane which was operated by Ash, safety, and security are all that matter to them. Although going to Afghanistan to investigate was a huge risk, the plot gives us an exciting twist of events. The challenging story of the lives of these protagonists, and the deaths of these heroes would have you at the edge of your seat wanting to learn more about what’s going to happen next. It’s crazy to think how Ash appeared to be normal, think normal, and act normal only to find out later that another murder has been committed. Extremely exciting and frightening, and a lot of fun to read. Concealed is a must-have for action enthusiasts.

Concealed by Dan Roberts becomes a page-turner book that looks into issues of humanity when a man is pushed through to his limits. Action-filled, Scary, and heart-gripping novel to read, it’s perfect for crime, and thriller buffs.

After serving in the army and special ops for many years, Ash turned rogue after the U.S. Air Force mistakenly targeted his family as terrorists. With all his knowledge in aeronautics and the army, he masterminded a plan that could become the next 9/11 attack. Dan has successfully done a great job of creating such a vicious villain that is beyond your imagination. The insanity, the action, the well-thought-out plan, and the execution were just perfect. Nothing like it that I’ve read for a long time. It’s something that you would want to take your time reading to savor all the thrilling and suspenseful reading experience.

If you are looking for a book that can tear your heart apart and won’t let you go until the end, then look no further. Right from the beginning, the prologue will draw you right away into the main events and characters of the story. The author has depicted such a perfectly insane, ruthless character from an innocent young soul. Something unique in this book, despite its heavily dark theme, the trigger warnings were minimal. I believe that even youngsters would love this book. The twists, in the end, won’t leave you hanging. And surely, Dan Roberts has mastered the subject of his novel. I was in awe of his knowledge of aviation and aeronautics.

The details and descriptions in the narrative are brilliant and everything beautifully comes to life.
I never expected that the main character would become the villain, in the end, it was a whole lot of twists that I truly enjoyed.

Dan Roberts brings us an intense story, not of idealistic romance, but of the sad and tragic reality of our system as a whole. Concealed is a fictional literature whose foundation lies in the truth behind the horrifying acts of the terrorists that may be possibly still rampant even to this day. Here we witness the story of Ash as he turned Rogue and wanted to destroy the United States as a whole after his heartbreak.

The author’s tiniest details of imagery make the settings and situations amazingly easy to picture in the mind’s eye. The two undercover detectives, Alex and Jake’s journey as they tried to find out the project “concealed” led to an amazing discovery. With a great plot twist and well-drawn characters, this one is hard to put down. Readers will find it easy to follow the storyline. The pace is fast and highly engulfing. Strongly recommended!

Dan Roberts narrates the story of Ashraf on his revenge on the United States after the United States Air Force accidentally killed his family. With his skills in the military and Special Operations, and his knowledge of airplanes, technology, and geography. Ash became the most dangerous villain of all time.

One thing I would say for the author, Dan Roberts knows how to leave readers utterly speechless with his jaw-dropping scenes. I was floored by the truth that was teased but never fully explored until the end leaving the readers with a beautiful tidy ending. The realistic approach of the author in recounting his story made Ash all the more real and tangible to the reader. This deep sense of connection with the protagonist enamored me in the book as I felt like I was also going through what he was going through. I am recommending this book to each of the five stars!

When the talent of a novelist and the strong principles of an outspoken intellectual collide in a single person, it is inevitable for a masterpiece to be created. Dan Roberts writes every line with a portion of his heart and soul imbued to produce tantalizing prose.

Concealed is a fascinating fictional story on survival, revenge, terrorist attacks, and hope. With a theme this heavy, one would expect an angsty and dramatic recounting of a complicated plot with lots of dizzying twists and turns. This book highlighted the nefarious 2-phased plan of Ash. Dan did not disappoint and even exceeded my expectations with his action-packed narrative that filled me with excitement, thrill, and overall paranoia of fearing for innocent people’s lives. An awesome novel to read. You’ll beg for a sequel on this one.

While reading this compelling action novel, I was blown away by the book's characters and conversations. The dialogues become alive as the author perfectly delivers the settings. It beautifully engages readers with its unique plot and theme. This is a book that gives all aspects of thrill and action.

This book is a story of how a hero turned into the most dangerous villain. After his family died, Ash turned rogue. With all his skills in aviation and combat, he hijacked a plane. A year later, he is again up to another nefarious plan. Will he succeed again this time? Overall, the author delivers some of the best action-packed scenes that I have ever read, and I was on the edge of my seat the whole time. You could tell that this book was written with skills and passion. I’m sure it will pay off very well.

The beauty of Concealed by Dan Roberts lies in its perfect blend of action, thrill, drama, and realizations. I enjoyed the author’s deep perspective and knowledge about aircraft which make this book unique and interesting. His characters come to life through explicit descriptions as well as their interactions with each other. The tone in which the whole story was being narrated was dire and action-packed with just the perfect amount of brooding undertones accentuated by the meticulous choice of vocabulary that made the readers aware of the seriousness of the situation.

I like the ending, and though there were murders and confessions, the ending is timeless. And I believe that it’s going to leave a long-lasting impression on both minds and hearts of the readers. A great and suspenseful book to read!

Dan Roberts takes us on a journey into the mind of Ashraf whose life got twisted after his service in the United States Air Force. And after his many years of living in the Philippines as a high-ranking official in the FAA, he is out for revenge.

Although novel in form, this book holds light on the terrible truth about how terrorists are formed. It’s something that I have never heard or read before and I had to turn on google to confirm some aviation knowledge and I got to admit that they were real. Surely, the author did his homework like his subject. I was amazed by how Dan Roberts was able to weave such an intense and action-filled narrative around this incredibly sensitive topic effectively imparting a heavily important message of change and humanity out into the world.

I saw this book on a shelf, I’d be compelled to pick it up and look inside. Concealed is a book about revenge, betrayal, and airplanes. First impressions matter and this is my honest review.

Concealed by Dan Roberts has an intriguing title. If I saw this book on a shelf, I’d be compelled to pick it up and look inside. It featured the life of our villain, Ash, who is about to commit another 9/11 attack. Although I do not commend what is doing, somehow, seeing him ditch cops and get away with crimes is satisfying. Each twist of the story has its huge surprise and aha moments. The only thing that I didn’t like about the book was the tidy ending. As such, it didn’t quite stick the landing, despite a spectacular attempt to do so.

The best thing about books, especially novels, is that they introduce the readers to completely different worlds one after another without having to leave the comfort of their reading area. Concealed by Dan Roberts is no exception. In it, the author sets up a world that is not far from our place and time, and from it, I learned so many things. He expertly weaves in eye-catching scenes and information about the problems with third-world countries, such as the Philippines, in terms of aviation and air navigation which could lead to crime. Flight B777 had a tragic story as it was phase one of the overall plan of Ash, the skilled villain. Dan successfully captivates his readers with his expertise in airplanes, Marines, Air Force, and technology. Truly a mesmerizing work of art!

It was such a heart-thumping experience for me reading this series and I had to wonder just how much blood to be spilled before revenge is fully realized. This one is not for the faint of heart.

The characters in this novel had me rooting for them to succeed or fail, which I view as an indication that Dan crafted well-drawn characters. I was on the edge of my seat the whole time. Ash is on his way to avenge the death of his wife and kids. I love the part where Dan provided ample pages to narrate Ash's struggle to change. You could tell that becoming a terrorist is a commitment. Thus, giving us hints about how dangerous terrorists are. They are willing to do anything, even sacrifice their own life for their aspirations.

Concealed is an exciting, heart-thumping, and suspenseful novel with many intriguing characters and a thought-provoking plot.

A plane is missing without a trace. It was thought to be hijacked or caused by supernatural forces. All people on board died, including the brilliant and beautiful Nazira. A year later, two detectives were on a quest to find out the terrorist groups and decode the project concealed. Will they stop another 911 attack or perish? The author expertly entwines intense conversations and narrations, chooses the most exciting parts of his protagonist’s life, and skillfully magnetizes the readers’ eyes into the pages. This book took up quite a huge part of my leisure time. Honestly, I’d say it was time well spent.

Action-packed, engaging, and dramatic, with eloquent prose that brings to life realistic and hard-to-put-down characters and plots.

I enjoyed Ash and Nazira’s little love story. The scene where Nazira had to act as a spy and get all the computer evidence in Ash's house while he was away buying medicine was heart-stopping. It was perfectly narrated and portrayed. I had a blast reading it. The ending was a complete surprise. But the tidy ending cut off all the cliffhangers that a sequel is hard to speculate. The highly intriguing and strong conversations matched with action and deep drama will send you on a roller coaster of emotions. I am recommending this book to each of the five stars! It was a whole new experience.

Dan Roberts writes in a mesmerizing style that keeps readers’ eyes glued to the pages and their souls bonded with the characters. Perhaps the fact that it covers so many issues of humanity, is one of the highlights of the book. It was heart-stopping with a little bit of drama and romance. The most exciting part was Ash and Nazira’s encounter. Although there was no confrontation between them, their moments together were a lot of fun.

And while the conflict wraps up at the end, and leaves no hint of a cliffhanger, it is something that you would want to take your time reading to savor all the heart-stopping action and drama. There’s nothing that I dislike about this book despite its nearly 400 pages. Highly recommended!

Concealed are the manifestation of the author’s brilliance and talent in writing and storytelling. At first, I thought this book was another good-for-nothing read, but the way everything was written from the very beginning already made me think otherwise. The way everything was woven and put into words magnified the whole experience that the story itself could take the readers.

This book brings us the story of Ashraf, a former United States Air Force Officer who later became an officer in the FAA in the Philippines to continue his passion. A great plot twist turned everything awry and now, Alex and Jake become the center of the story and the great project concealed. I’m glad to rate this book 5/5 stars. Highly recommended!

While I do not recommend this book to everyone, especially kids, this book is a lot of fun to read. The author has such a special way of using words that could magnetize you throughout the read, therefore, making this book hard to put down. The climactic moments such as the investigations, and the twisted love story of Ash and Nazira were so satisfying despite its effort to almost make it into a love story. Here, we see how enemies turned out to be the heroes, and the hero turned out to be the enemy. It was a whole new experience reading this book. I was so engrossed in every line of dialogue that time passed without my knowledge and I just couldn’t stop reading.

The best thing about Concealed is that this book has nothing to dislike. It perfectly and creatively recounts the life story of Ash and how he turned rogue. His major involvement in the hijacking of the airplane made him a very dangerous villain. As he moves on to his second phase of revenge, it gets more suspenseful. It’s a plan that could top off the 911 attack. He must be stopped before another blood is spilled.

This book is perfect for thrill seekers, and non-fiction enthusiasts. I never regretted reading it, the complexity of the story keeps you on the edge of your seat. I finished this book in one sitting. The author is undoubtedly a genius in this.

An exciting and enthralling novel by a talented author. It’s a book that proves, justice always prevails.

All this and more. To anyone who enjoys deep-action and thrillers, I challenge you to read chapter one and not be enthralled by the writing. Isn’t it impossible not to be enthralled by it? We don’t frequently come across a book with a story that can both move you to your core and stun you with amazing writing. A novel like Concealed, can’t be loved or hated because of its beautiful storyline. I’ll just say, Dan Roberts, you did a fantastic job. Just when you think you’ve got the end in your mind, the author throws in unexpected twists and turns like crazy. A great read.

Concealed by Dan Roberts is an exceptional thriller that masterfully blends suspense, emotion, and moral complexity. The story follows Ashraf, a pilot with a tragic past, as he navigates a dangerous path of loss, vengeance, and betrayal. With its gripping twists and thought-provoking “what-if” scenarios, the book delves into the vulnerabilities of modern aviation while keeping the reader on edge until the very last page.

What truly sets Concealed apart is its beautifully written characters. Roberts brings each of them to life with depth and nuance, making their struggles and decisions feel raw and authentic.

Nazira, for example, is a captivating character who serves as both a source of comfort and conflict for Ash. Initially, she provides the companionship he desperately craves, her charm and beauty evoking feelings of nostalgia for his late wife, Nahla. Yet, her evasiveness hints at something darker, and when Ash learns she might be a spy, their relationship takes a devastating turn. This emotional tension makes her a perfect example of Roberts’ ability to create characters that feel both relatable and unpredictable.

When vengeance calls, even the calmest of skies can turn deadly.

In the heart of Concealed, Dan Roberts crafts a truly gripping moment as Ash is thrust into a precarious situation that blends intense emotional struggle with life-or-death decisions. Alone in the cockpit, haunted by memories of his lost family, Ash prepares for a flight that could bring him one step closer to vengeance. The emotional weight of his past crushes him, making the tension of the moment even more palpable.

But the stakes skyrocket as his relationship with Nazira grows more complicated. The chaos around them escalates, and Ash must find a way to hold it all together. In a desperate act, he spills water on the cockpit controls, a seemingly small mistake that becomes part of a larger, dangerous plan. It’s a brilliant move that showcases Ash’s ingenuity and determination to regain control, despite the spiraling panic.

This twist in the story had me on the edge of my seat. Roberts’s ability to keep the suspense high, while weaving Ash’s emotional turmoil into the action, is nothing short of brilliant. Concealed will leave you breathless, eagerly flipping pages to see what happens next.

When loyalty is tested and alliances blur, survival becomes the ultimate challenge.

Dan Roberts’ Concealed is a high-octane thriller that masterfully intertwines suspense, emotional depth, and explosive action. The story’s fast-paced narrative kept me on the edge of my seat, but what truly stood out was the dynamic between Alex, Jake, and Ash—a trio bound by necessity in the face of danger.

Alex, a proud Texan with a sharp military mind, and Jake, his bold and fiercely loyal best friend, exude the grit and camaraderie of seasoned soldiers. Their initial mistrust of Ash, a man haunted by his past, creates palpable tension. Yet, when faced with a perilous situation involving a plane, they are forced to rely on his unmatched skill. Watching these adversaries evolve into reluctant allies was one of the most gripping elements of the book, adding layers of complexity and humanity to the thrilling plot.

Concealed is an unforgettable ride—bursting with suspense, fascinating characters, and unexpected twists.

What if the skies could hide a deadly secret?

Dan Roberts’ Concealed is a pulse-pounding thriller that hooked me from the start. The story dives deep into the mind of a commercial pilot plotting revenge against the United States, exploiting radar blind spots and detection flaws over empty oceans. The realism of these technical details sent chills down my spine.

When terrorist groups discover his plan, the stakes skyrocket, transforming his aircraft into a terrifying weapon. The thought of such an invisible threat felt disturbingly plausible, and I couldn’t stop turning the pages. Roberts expertly blends suspense with terrifying “what-if” scenarios that feel all too real.

I loved how the book made me question modern aviation security and human motives. If you enjoy high-stakes mysteries with sharp twists, Concealed is a must-read. It’s clever, gripping, and left me thinking long after the final page.
