Wow, wow, wow.
Yes, I cried.
Yes, I laughed.
Yes, I felt with them.
I must admit number 10 was not as good as some of the other Fire&Ice books but it's still awesomesauce!!
Some stuff about the characters:
Luce is loyal and in the end, I totally fell for him because he is so in love with Tia, Ty's sister... It's gorgeous. The way he wants to protect her is just heartwarming and heartbreaking at the same time.
Tia is strong, stubborn and just the right woman for Luce. I mean, someone has to teach him some manners :D Tia has been fighting for her family for quite some time. What I cannot understand, though, is that the way Salvatore treated her did not leave any marks on her. I mean, this guy is hardcore... Anyways, I like that she wants to take responsibility for herself and her family. If you ask me, she's a stunning woman.
The plot is really good but not everything is revealed at the end which, I think, is good. If you live and work in such a neighbourhood, you have to be prepared at all times. Also, threats don't just go away if people go away.
By the way, there is an extra chapter about Nicky, Trish, Logan and Chris and it's sooo nice.
Would I read it again? Definitely!!
I'm addicted to the fire&ice books and I gotta read 'Protect Me - Brian' next!!
Looking forward to new stories and old characters :D
