Quick read. Solid and relevant principles and good focus on emotional intelligence, ways of working and team structure and etiquette to establish and manage virtual teams.

Crying out for an update integrating newer collaboration tools/options (pros and cons), agile working and updated further reading resources.

Average content value; it's not really about leading virtual teams but about building a virtual team. it might thus be relevant for entrepreneurs planning to open a business with remote employees. If you've already worked in a business environment most information is redundant or beginner level.

Short and quick read, however, no good overview and superficial

I love when I read a book and it tells me all the things I’ve done wrong. Onwards and upwards. Great, concise book but very focused on project based work.

It's a good book for people completely unfamiliar or with no experience in virtual work. However, as a professional who has been doing virtual work for about seven years now, I found very parts to be useful. Still, the quick read didn't hurt in revising the concepts I guess.

Nothing amazing but a few good tips. Maybe if I was new at remotely managing it would have been more useful. I guess I'm way more experienced and better at this than I give myself credit for since my team and I do 75% of what's in this book. So I'd say it's good for a novice!
