This is a pretty good romance, heavy on the sex scenes. However, the reader is left hanging with the ending. I wish there were some answers in this book so we did not have to wait for the next book.

First i would like to say thank you to the author for finding me and asking me to write a review because if not then i would not have had the pleasure of meeting India Leigh. India Leigh is the main character in this story, She is strong, sassy, and smart, until she meets Kellan Coventry. Kellan Coventry is the rich owner of Coventry Technologies. Kellan has a certain sexual lifestyle he likes to indulge in and India is a virgin by choice. Kellan breaks all his rules to be with India and she wonders if their relationship will survive.

When i first read this summary i felt so reluctant to read this but now that i've read it, i'm so glad that Mary Buras-Conway changed my mind. The plot was absolutely great and the ending gave me goosebumps. The imagery that Mary used made me feel like i was part of the story. I especially like how India was a Book Author on the cusp of recognition. I would just like to talk about India for a sec because i absolutely loved her. She is a loyal and loving friend and i think it's so cute how she can get along with anyone, especially someone she just met. She was forced to have bodyguards with her at all times and instead of just completely dreading on it she befriended them and they came to love her. I love that she can see the light in situations instead of letting it bring her down.

Kellan Coventry. He's the bad boy that your parents tell you to stay away from and he is as infuriating as he is gorgeous. He's a territorial, protective alpha-dog. He knows exactly what he wants and he wants India. When i read books i normally fall in love with characters pretty easily but when it comes to Mr.Coventry it took me a little while. I didn't really get to find out who he was and i wish that there was a little more backstory on him. I just feel like there could have been more detail when it came to him and that's the only reason why this book didn't get a full 5 stars.

The thing i loved most about this book is that there was so much excitement and there were a lot of moments reading this book where i just got chills from the scenarios that played out and it made reading so much more fun. There was a time about halfway through the book that India just surprised me. You think that for such a laid-back, classy woman that she wouldn't lay a hand on another person but SHE DID!! And i'm not talking about some weak, pity, slap; she straight up punched this girl in the face, like a boss. I physically gasped out loud and was like OMG. Instant respect given from to India.

Fangirl moment over. I highly recommend you find the closest copy of A Temptation and start reading it today. You just cant go through life without reading about India and Kellans journey at least once.

“A Temptation” written by Mary E. Buras-Conway is a tense read. Only the pressures of work forced me to put it down. It is an easy read. The bondage dreams seem to be catalysts for the control freak. I suspect that the possession attitudes mean more to the bondage enthusiast than they do to me. There are powerful forces at work, physical magnetic attraction is opposed by mental revulsion. India is cornered by an obsessive lover with multiple personalities and OCD. – I – I am – I am India – I am overwhelmed. – Author Honeysuckle Pear, 9-Jun-2017
