Mind Clearing: The Key to Mindfulness Mastery

Rate this book
Mind Clearing (MC) builds on mindfulness approaches, with the ultimate aim of reducing suffering caused by mental, emotional, relationship and spiritual distress, through clearing the mind. This book offers a fresh approach for mental and physical health practitioners wishing to expand their practice and for individuals wanting to improve health and happiness at a fundamental level. The first book to explore Mind Clearing within the context of modern practice, this book looks at its origins, key principles and interpretations to aid understanding of the approach. With examples from practice and clear guidelines on the 'Do's and Don'ts' of Mind Clearing, practitioners and individuals will feel confident in carrying out the approach, and will learn to communicate effectively by dissolving the mind and the projections and fixed attitudes that it represents.

As a student Clearer in training, this book provided some excellent context to deepen my understanding of Mind Clearing and working with clients.

Keep in mind that this book is not a standalone resource to learn Mind Clearing. It's more of a robust introduction to it. That being said, as a companion to the training itself, this book contains some invaluable depth and nuance about Clearing that is key to truly grasping how to become an effective Clearer who can support their clients in getting powerful results.

Many great insights in this book, although it felt quite repetitive to me. I'm not a professional in the area of psychology or psychiatric... I would have hoped to get more clear technics on how to clear my mind by myself, but would go against the main message of the book which is that human nature is to seek to communicate with another person.
