I was asked to give a one hour talk to a group of 30-40 people on a subject I knew a great deal about. However, I have avoided most public speaking my whole life and therefore had no experience or confidence in this area. I found this at Half Price Books and figured it was worth a shot. I'm glad I picked it up! It has many great tips and suggestions for various types of public speaking situations that are easy to remember and utilize and it got me through my presentation. I would recommend this book to anyone who needs this kind of bump to get them going in public speaking.
