Alberto Burri is a master of diverse forms and materials, the most banal items transformed into an aesthetic works of art. The Museion-Museo d'Arte Moderna presents a collection dating from the Fifties that examines the relationship between the image in its singularity and his collective works that revolve around air and light. The book presents his use of plastic and other everyday materials which served as a base on which he revealed both the horror and beauty of modern life.
