I would love for someone to confirm for me if this is the juvenile fiction novel about a boy named Bubsy who has an older brother that bullies him? If I recall, the brothers share a room but the older one won’t let Bubsy put up or display any of his things so Bubsy enacts several schemes like putting all of his posters on the bedroom ceiling (since all the walls are already covered with the older brother’s posters) and accidentally breaking his older sibling’s balsa wood model airplanes until finally the parents give in and the father starts building Bubsy his own room. I believe the book cover featured a boy in a red sweater and orange pants with a panicked look on his face going downhill on a bike while a figure on the top of the hill shook his fist at him?

I really enjoyed that novel as a kid but it seems like all traces of it have been scrubbed off the web. If anyone knows if this is the same book I’m thinking of PLEASE let me know!
