I gave this book two stars because of all the typographical errors. Couldn't believe this is a revised second edition. Who did the proofreading? Example: a4 Axxxpreemptive In several places it says, " Bid A." What does A stand for? Otherwise the book has some good information, although a bit outdated In a few parts. It is difficult to keep up as one part of the country may bid or do something differently than another part. Find a proofreader before the third edition!!!
The book has most of the most popular bridge conventions. They are presented in alphabetical order, so if you w ant to find a specific convention it is easy. Each section contains an explanation of the convention, responses and rebuilds. Straight forward and easy to understand. Not meant for a beginning bridge player.
