This book contains lots of interesting personal stories and thought provoking poetry. I strongly recommend it, especially for anyone in it's target audience, young adult Unitarian Universalists. The text claims free copies can be obtained by emailing youngadults@ uua.org. I got my eBook for $.99 from Amazon. This book is well worth a dollar.

This is a short collection of quotes, micro essays and poems by a mix of UUs and famous folks on the theme of young adulthood. I think it falls short of its subtitle claiming to be a "spiritual guide". A few nice pieces but a lot of stuff that I didn't connect with.
