I picked this up because several friends' parents were splitting up, and I wanted to have a better perspective on what was going on. At first I was disappointed in how elementary parts of the book were, and in my mind I had trouble picturing a child going through this situation who would be willing to read what was written, but by the end, I relented. The book provides solid insights on understanding consequences, and what a child should expect out of their parents in order to maintain the appropriate parent/child responsibilities. Worth it to understand it for yourself or for others.

i thought this book was for people that are going through a divorce , it will help them, but it will be sad for the ones that parents aren't divorced, so i recommend this book to people that have a divorce situation.
