Easily one of the best anxiety-help books.
I have read many anxiety-help books and this one sums it all, and on top of that, the author includes medical/natural supplements that we can try.

I’m not gna lie, I didn’t get well from reading just this one book but this is definitely one of the books you should read to improve your resistance against anxiety/stress/worries.
