A complex love triangle emerges and Keema seems to get high from the risk and danger of it all. Her life transforms when she discovers the inescapable importance of money and the dangers that surround having lots of it. In the battle fought between love and money, which will be victorious?
I thought this book was good but it just had sooo much stuff going on. I thought it was never going to end. hope Keema and Lamar fix there relationship.
Ķeema is definitely a natural born leader...the only thing that I didn't like about Keema was her messing with a married man. She wasn't aware of it at first, but once she found out, she should've kicked rocks. I love how she weighed in on her options, when it came to Marcus and Lamar. She didn't put all of her eggs in one basket. It's not anything wrong with dating at all, but I definitely wouldn't have given my body away...
I love how much both men loved Keema, and at first, she was so pure and innocent, and she was so absorbent when it came to knowledge, especially Lamar, gave to her. The power that Lamar exudes, Keema loved it, and he built his way from the bottom up, which was so refreshing.
Marcus was the complete opposite of Lamar. He was militant, and he was for the law. I really didn't like the way he treated his wife. It was like it was an obligation to be with his wife. He didn't want her, but he didn't want anyone else to have her either. It was unfair to the both of them. I'm so happy that they finally went their separate ways.
I'm team Keema and Lamar all the way, and I would love to see them work out. Dawn need to die... she's getting on my nerves, and she's grimey. Marcus needs to move on with his life, because he seen the love between Keema and Lamar, and he will never be first.
I started reading this book last night, and didn't put it down until I was done. This was a great read. Keema was spoiled and Lamar was just dumb. He had a problem with letting others into his life and of course they tried to destroy what he already had, and what he was trying to build. The saying goes that opposites attract and these two are definitely opposite. Will they make it or will they allow others to come into their lives and destroy everything. You have to read the book to find out. This is my first read by this author, but it won't be my last.
Omg this book was off the hook. It was so dam good it had me hooked from the start, I couldn't put it down. I love that the Author made the book so long, it made my purchase well worth it. I really love Lamar and Keema to be together so I hope in the next book the Author keep them that way, no matter what. I hope the next book comes out soon because I'm so ready to keep reading all this good drama.
This book was all that. This is the first I have heard of this Author and hopefully it will not be the last. This book was perfectly structured and flowed amazingly. Keema went from being a weak Bum to a Boss Chick. I loved the way she made moves and I loved her love triangle even more. It's not much I can say about this book without giving up any spoilers so I am just going to hope that there is another installment to this Certified Banger.
This was really good but didn't like the end how you call yourself a Boss and let a thot tell you to give her your man.And what about Marcus and his knotty wife, and what about Ace you left a lot of the people in the story hanging.A better ending would have been nice.
This was a great read can't wait to see what happens next I feel bad for Lamar dumb self keep letting people in to destroy was he's trying to build now Marcus needs to go find his crazy ex wife cause he knows how much Keenan and Lamar means to each other
This book was not good at all it was confusing to me ppl where all over the place what happened to Marcus and shanel where was ace. This could've been a good book had it been organized better
This book was dynamic!!! I absolutely recommend this read for everyone who loves a fantastic story!! I am practically salivating to read part two!!! Aisha Hall did her thang with this one!
