About the author

Award winning author Dee Davis worked in association management before turning her had to writing. Her highly acclaimed first novel, Everything In Its Time, was published in July 2000. I really enjoyed reading about Ginny and Jacob and where the Rising Storm series began.

I've already read the whole of series one and the first episode of series two, so I still need to find out how it all ends. This prequel has motivated me to continue and finish the remaining novellas.

I read this in one sitting, and it was an interesting insight into Ginny and Jacob's relationship before the events that take place in the multi-author Rising Storm series. My only qualm is that it wasn't long enough.
