A short book of daily exercises and inspirational quotes. Does get a little confusing when be begins extolling the virtues of one or two more controversial leaders. Its also kind of sneaky how he keeps it very secular until the last step of the last chapter when he tells you you need God. However, there is a lot of genuine wisdom in here and, most importantly for a busy manager, plenty of brevity.
