I always enjoy returning to the Phoenix with my two favourite kinky club owners, Athena and Rex. I was sad when the Plume series ended thinking I would never get to read about them again. Thank goodness they are back and this series of stories with theses two and their kinky staff is a pleasure to read. Love the premise of these books, granting deep, dark sexually fantasies. This one focuses on one more night with a deceased lover, or is it. Sometimes, actually most the time the fantasy is a little more complicated than it seems. Love the writing and the sex scenes are hot, hot, hot. Definite BDSM themes throughout this story with lots of kink. Looking forward to the next one.
