Had a little party and made about 5 of the recipes and even my least favorite of the recipes were quite good. I wrote the pairings of the beers and food on a chalk board going from lightest to darkest and people had a lot of fun going down the list.
Great recipes that sound impressive, but are easy to follow. Some ingredients are a little unique, but can be found at better grocery stores and Whole Foods.
The recipes looked good, and I liked they recommend beers to go with the dish. But I expected this to be a cookbook that involved cooking with beer and not just pairing.
