I LOVED this book! I’m a big fan of Paul S. Boynton and recently finished his book “Begin With Yes” and I follow him on Facebook and Instagram. His style is conversational, meaning that he poses questions and thoughts that the reader may ask/think and then gently and lovingly answers the questions. No judgment. Just support and kind encouragement. Boynton doesn’t give or endorse any specific plan for diet and exercise but encourages his reader to explore options and find what resonates with him/her and then make that plan a lifestyle choice. He stresses “progress not perfection” and “demystifies the stop-start, fall off the wagon cycle that can be so discouraging if we allow it to define us as weak or unable to finish what we start”. At the end of the book Boynton encourages the reader to celebrate their new life choice with a commitment ceremony to begin their journey. It’s a beautiful idea that wraps up one of the best motivational books I’ve ever come across!
