Sarah Robinson's Unstuck at Last is a great guide everyone should use on their personal Strengthsfinder journey. I took the StrengthsFinder assessment several months ago and read the results. I immediately thought, now what? What am I supposed to do with this information. I stumbled across this book and it told me exactly what to do with it.
Sarah's primary insight is the importance of understanding your personal strengths and operating out of them with complementary partners rather than trying to bring your weaker traits up to par. To find these strengths, she recommends, and frequently references the Gallup StrengthsFinder assessment, making this book seem like more of a companion text than a standalone source of advice. Otherwise, it was an informative and interesting read which I would highly recommend for anyone who has taken the test or who already has a solid understanding of their personal strengths.
