Very informative

I picked up this book because I am studying in the way our genetics respond to nutrients. The author brought up the issues of genetic variants which coincides with other literature I have read.

I was expecting a little more from this book. Not exactly a waste of time, but as someone who reads a lot of biohacking books, this didn't teach me many new and helpful things. I wish this book was more instructional to the reader as well instead of just throwing information at them.
