Xyla Turner was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. She has always been a writer, even as a teenager, she wrote short stories and essays that won awards and nation-wide competitions. Xyla is an avid reader of romance novels and a sucker for sassy females and dominant males. She is a lifelong learner, High School Vice-Principal and a pretty good Auntie. Outside of reading, Xyla likes to spend time with her family and friends, experiment with dangerous adventures and travel. She writes different genres, but her favorite is romance.

I thought this was a good interracial love story. John was an ambitious, hard working guy that was reluctant to begin a new relationship. Once he met Tiffany, he realized she was the one for him. Nice short read.

I absolutely loved this short read! The storyline is engaging and captivating. The characters are real and believable. I ❤️ John and Tiffany's relationship. As it was obvious that John was falling for her and she for him, they had to work out a few kinks and misunderstandings along the way. I would recommend this book and I already have! LOL. Xyla Turner for life!

John is a plummer who owns his business. He has dreams to expand but he is determined to let nothing or no one distract him. Tiffany is an office administrator who bought a house that needs repairs. She calls John's office to get someone to fix her pipes. Her pipes are just a few things that got fixed. John tries to justify many of his actions toward Tiffany but he can't see to figure it out. Tiffany is confused with John because treats her like a yo- yo. However, John almost messes up the best thing that's ever happened to him.
John is an Alpha who has an affinity for handing out spankings. See what happens when he gifts Tiffany with a Magic Wand..

John is all about his business. In his mind, there's a certain order in which things are going to happen in his life. Especially after being burned in his last relationship. All Tiffany only wants is for her plumbing issue correctly fixed. Until it takes the boss himself to fix the issue & others that they both are not willing to admit they have. Xyla pens a story of decisions that have to be made in order to be happy. Do they follow your well written out plan or will they drift off their course of action?
