EDIT (11/10/2020): Interesting, while this book was still fun, I have to say that I did not enjoy it as much as I did the first one. The whole "tour" part was dragging a bit.
And I'm a bit annoyed that Annika was just basically passing through the story and has no real role.
I really liked Holly more in the first book, here, she was acting too much like a teenager.
But overall a very quick read, however, reading it now, I have to take one star away from my original review.

Original:
Who cares, that I really need to study? (Really, who? Except for me when I'll fail the exam...) And I just simply had to read this one. And I would love to slap Holly cause she's a) driving me crazy. b) pushing Crey away which should be considered a crime against humanity.

Shit better be interesting.

Otherwise?

Like with this book?

And that's no good for anyone.

I'm not sure what it was about this book that failed to grab my attention, especially since I usually dig Meghan March.

I think I just couldn't connect with Holly and the whole country star thing.

And it's not because I don't like country music, because I do.

I just didn't feel at home in her country wannabe stardom environment, I guess.

Holly, this is your fucking husband. Where the fuck are you? And if you think you're fucking done with me, you're dead wrong, sweetheart. Better get ready, because I'm fucking coming for you."

After the delicious smut fest that was Dirty Billionaire, I was expecting a little more depth with the second installment in this sexy serial. I wanted more about Creighton. Actually, scratch that, I was utterly salivating for the slightest detail about him.

With Holly leaving Creighton with nothing but a note in the end of book 1, we already know that the hunt will be on. And it certainly was. When Creighton finally finds Holly he'll make sure that she understands exactly what his intentions are and what he wants. Holly is just as sassy as ever, even overwhelmingly so. While I understood some of her attitude toward Creighton, a lot of it almost seemed like hot air. She'd throw out accusations and assumptions at every corner, and it became an exercise in frustration for me.

Dirty Pleasures was another sexy little rump in the Dirty Billionaire Trilogy. Ultimately though, where I was hoping for more depth and character/relationship development, all I found is more sex and misunderstandings. Sure, I read it in one sitting and still looking forward to the conclusion, but yet I couldn't help but feel like I needed more.

What really soured my enjoyment was the ending. It felt like just as this couple took one step forward, they took five back and now we're back to square one.

But I suppose I'll hold off final judgement till we see how everything gets resolved in the last book.

Picking up where the first book left off, 'Dirty Pleasures' did not disappoint! Holly and Creighton continued to hold by rapt attention. I just love these two!

A quick and addicting story, I listened to this audiobook straight through, just like the first one. I cannot pull myself away from this story! It is like crack for romance readers!

Still virtual strangers, Holly and Creighton continue to have some growing pains. They may be hot for one another, but they don't know a whole lot about each other outside of the bedroom. This becomes glaringly obvious when Holly runs into one of Creighton's exes at a charity function.

The ending was a little disappointing to me though. It felt a bit like a broken record and I didn't like how Holly handled their first real argument. I thought it was kind of overkill on her part.

However, I have complete faith that Holly and Creighton will figure their stuff out. Since the next book isn't available yet in the Audible edition, I'm going to pick up the Kindle version. I can't wait any longer to see what happens between these two. I need my HEA!

First of all, I liked this part much more than the first one. Except hot, dirty sex, we have some more relationship development and we can see how Holly and Creighton slowly fall for each other.

And how I just love when my hero knows when he messed up and ain't too proud to grovel, but still staying all alpha and domineering.

“Holly, this is your fucking husband. Where the fuck are you? And if you think you’re fucking done with me, you’re dead wrong, sweetheart. Better get ready, because I’m fucking coming for you.”
As in most serials, there's a cliffhanger here and I just can't wait to get my hands on the next book. If you like serials and hot billionaire romances then you will like this one too, I recommend.

THREE BILLIONAIRE STARS.

"I did it. I married a billionaire."

description

Readers, if you are hankering after a tale of the billionaire and the girl who will unexpectedly rock his world, then you won't go wrong starting this trilogy. With plenty of dominant hero talking and a heroine that knows her own mind March creates a great backdrop to a trilogy that lets you escape Into the world of pop stars and billionaires.

What's it all about?
Meghan March certainly has a way with dirty talking words, Creighton Karas returns to sweep his audience off their feet in the second part of the dirty billionaire trilogy. Follow the story of the billionaire and his journey at finding love when he least expected it, and the sassy girl who will stop at nothing to gain her dream of being in the spot light as a successful music artist. But with a dramatic attraction blooming between them this duo can't seem to be able resist the romantic pull that they have. But how does a billionaire fall in love with the country girl with a broken past? Find out in this next instalment.

description

What did I love?
I like how the book starts with a bang. Straight off the bat from book one, we see the further development of the heroine taking life by the ovaries and showing some backbone as she leaves the billionaire that she may or may not be falling for. Any novel that shows a heroine having a mind of their own will be winning brownie points for my tastes and we get to see more of that independence as the story develops. I also loved how March portrays the conflict of attraction and developing feelings for both hero and heroine, there is no instant declarations of love just two people who can't deny that they have started to feel unexpectedly for each other and the author handles that side of the story telling really well.

Why not five?
This trilogy is turning out to be a likeable journey. There's certainly enough dirty talk and mutual attraction being displayed and although I'm not sure how much I felt the book progressed with this second part, I certainly enjoyed getting a look into life on the road with the heroine and in some ways getting to know the hero a little more. However, in terms of the development of their relationship there was little for me to hang my hat on and as for the ending it all felt a little bit dejavu. I'm not sure how much I felt the book had moved on from part one of the story telling. With all that being said ultimately this author has me right where she wants me; I'm hooked and dying to find out where the third and final conclusion will take these characters. A likeable, albeit slightly frustrating part two with plenty to make me interested to read on.

description

Final thoughts ...
If you are on the hunt for a trilogy with plenty of alpha, an impressive amount of steam and a storyline that keeps the interest levels flowing then I'm sure you won't be disappointed with the latest from Meghan March. Easy to read without being thoroughly believable this saga is turning out to be a likeable, erotic adventure. If you have yet read part one, what are you waiting for? Enjoy ... Kisses

*4.5* Surprisingly, character growth happens in this second in the series. It’s natural for this couple to miscommunicate, since most of their time together is between the sheets. I loved his tenacity, and I loved her fire.

Opposites attract
11 year age gap (22/33)
Strong and feisty FMC
Bossy and grumpy MMC
Excellent sexual chemistry

The muscles of her jaw work against my fingers, and she whispers, “I don’t want to be treated like an afterthought.”

“You’re not an afterthought. Jesus Christ, Holly. When you look at me like that, you’re my only fucking thought.”

I just finished the previous story that ended on a cliffhanger. So, in this one we all get to see how these two interesting and completely opposite personalities try to make their marriage work. And it's not as easy as one would like to think, heck no! Mr. businessman will have to give a good grovel to get his wife back.

I’m going to find my wife.

The previous story was more sex than plot and I'm so happy that in this one we still get plenty sexy times with the new addition of Creighton and Holly starting to really get to know each other. They have both strong personalities, so it's no wonder that they clashed from time to time but what's most important is that they slowly started to learn to trust each other and really work on their fragile relationship. The best part for me was seeing Creighton slowly fall for his sassy wife and vice versa.

I’m in Dallas, still living in Holly’s world, and trying to figure out how one formerly innocent country girl claimed that center spot.

description

But of couse there are still some hidden secrets that, when they come to light, cause another cliffhanger. I only hope that in the final third book those two manage to overcome their struggles and lay it all out on the table.

Things change, Holly. And everything has changed for me because of you.

You are decidedly inconvenient. And yet, here I am. Because I want you however I can get you, and I think I’ve made that pretty fucking clear.

I think it’s pretty safe to say I fell pretty hard for these two. Holly and Creighton are the perfect angsty, sexy mess I love in my serials. The first installment really drew me and had me dying for more, but after finishing this second installment I find myself more frustrated.

Dirty Pleasures picks up right were Dirty Billionaire left off. Holly has left New York and is starting the second leg of her concert tour. Creighton put his empire above her, so she left with just a note saying goodbye. Creighton being a man of action tracks her down and meets her on tour. So yeah, I loved that, I love crazy irrational acts and I love when my heroes go all alpha male.

Although this story is crazy hot, I can just tell there is drama lurking and the story is going to be a lot more than a sexy, billionaire tale. I feel like there is so much to come and I am anxious to see what happens, but felt like this installment was more filler. I feel like in serials things have to continue moving forward and they have to keep up hooked. This installment felt like one step forward and two steps back. I am not sure I felt any real progression for the couple or the plot.

Don’t get me wrong, I am in and I will most definitely be seeing this one through to the end, but I wanted more from this installment. I still recommend this one, because I am hoping for an epic finish. I know Meghan can deliver one, because this series started off with a bang and had me hooked from the very beginning.

3,5 Sexy Stars.

In this second installment we have the continuation of Holly and Creighton’s story. When Creighton’s past catches up with Holly in an unexpected way, they realize that despite the fact they’re married they don’t know pretty much anything about each other outside the bedroom.
Their story develops around the uncovering of both of their past and how they start opening up to each other and start admitting that they’re marriage definitely turned into something real and in more than an agreement.
This was a nice middle book and I liked how their story developed, it was entertaining, sweet at moments and very, very sexy. But I’ve got to say that how Holly reacted immaturely to their first real “couple’s fight” and how this book ended in the exact same way as the first one pissed me off immensely, and that’s explain my rating. But anyway, I will definitely have to know how they end now.

3.5 - I've placed my bet, and it's my heart that's on the line... Stars.

Part two of The Dirty Billionaire trilogy predictably picks up where its predecessor left off. In all honesty I don’t have a huge amount to say about this instalment, as it all felt a little ’lather, rinse, repeat’ of the first book, so much so that it ends on exactly the same cliffy that Dirty Billionaire did.

”Better get ready, because I’m fucking coming for you.”

The locations may have changed in that Holly is now on the road touring, and the sexual positions were certainly mixed up enough to keep it entertaining, but there were two things that stood out for me. The ’give and take’ of the relationship growing between Holly and Creigh, is very much, in Creigh acquiescing and giving, whereas Holly seems to be doing all the taking.

”You already bought me once… You don’t need to keep buying me.”

The second thing that could become an issue in my enjoyment stakes in the third and final instalment due on 12th January, is that Holly’s attitude is starting to get annoying. I understand that she is a little discombobulated with the situation (which let’s not forget is totally of her own making), and I can also understand her feelings of inadequacy, but it is getting little annoying reading Creigh jump through all of Holly’s hoops to then find she still isn’t happy, and once again ups and does a Houdini.

As I said slight niggles for now, but I am interested to see how Megan finishes this couples journey, when Dirty Together releases in a couple of weeks.

”I don’t want to be treated as an afterthought…”
“When you look at me like that, you’re my only fucking thought.

I'm glad that the second book wasn's all about hot, dirty, naughty SEX...
I liked that both of them started to open up about themselves and we got to know them better.
This book wasn't only about the sex but they started to know each other and fall in love with one another. We see a different side of Creighton that wasn't so obvious in the first book!He fell hard for Holly! He was all possessive alpha male, jealous and a caveman when it came to her and other men.I really liked this side of him,it was nice seeing them outside of the bedroom...
Although I have to say they couldn't keep it in their pants for long....

I'm still loving this series! The only downfall in this installment was the heroine. She ticked me off with some of the choices she made..I also felt like the hero was trying so hard with their marriage, but she seemed to find something wrong always, and give up way too easily..I do realize it was from her insecurities; but still...he deserves to have some worship him as well!!!

An enjoyable read though...even if I wanted to kick the heroine in the butt...LOL

This is the second book in the Dirty Billionaire trilogy, and I have to say I enjoyed this one more than the first. While there are still some steamy sexy times, the focus is more on developing the relationship between Creighton and Holly.

Both had reasons for their quickie marriage of convenience to a virtual stranger, and it wasn’t just so they could have daily mind blowing sex (although that’s a nice perk). What began as a media stunt, however, is quickly developing into a genuine relationship the more time they spend together.

In the previous book, I was on #TeamHolly. Creighton was rather irrational and insensitive to Holly’s need to put her career first. Now my loyalties lay with #TeamCreighton. He is determined to make their marriage work and does more than his fair share of compromising while Holly is on tour. He’s still possessive and controlling—just as you would expect from any alpha billionaire. However, he’s also sensitive to Holly’s needs and tries to reassure her of his feelings.

Holly, though, doesn’t seem to be carrying her share of the weight in their relationship. She’s too insecure to be forthcoming with her emotions. It leaves an air of doubt for both about whether or not they’re still play acting at married life, or if they are truly falling for each other.

The book ends on another cliffhanger, and I can’t wait for the conclusion to this addictive series.

Really really enjoying this.

I'm luv this series i should of read it soon. I can't put the books down once I start. I'm dying to know what's going to happen with these two.
I found Holly a little bit annoying in this book. I thought Creighton had put himself out there in this book but she just keep is doubting him. I know he is very alpha and wants things his way. But he spent so much time with her while she was on tour. What more does she really want.

It was great seeing a different side to Creighton in this book. He really did put himself out there after his things went. I did find him sometime to over powering but after so long I knew it was just him. Again in this book Creighton is super sexy. I would luv him talking dirty to me any day.

Overall I m really enjoying this series. The story is brilliant. The two characters are very different but there so good together. Can't wait to read Dirty Together.

“You’re not an afterthought. Jesus Christ, Holly. When you look at me like that, you’re my only fucking thought.”

I think it's no secret that I am a fan of Meghan March and I couldn't wait to get my hands on Dirty Pleasure, the second installment of the Dirty Billionaire Trilogy. In this second installment, the story of country starlet, Holly Wix and her billionaire husband, Creighton Karas picks off where it last left off in the previous book.

#DirtyPleasure

After Holly suddenly left Creighton with the goodbye note, Creighton soon follows her and decides to tag along on her tour. And this country tour got a whole new level of HOT as our dirty billionaire does what he does best.. lots of dirty and steamy sex!!!! Also, we get to see a whole new side to Creighton. Readers will begin to see Creighton begin to let his guard down. He's more protective, caring, soft and understanding of Holly and her personal needs. As readers see a whole new side to this dirty billionaire, we also learn a bit of his past and the revelation of his ex-wife. I will say that Meghan March has definitely piqued my interest with his ex-wife and I hope Ms. March will explore more of that in the final book.

“Christ, this woman is like none other; she’s a complete contradiction. An innocent sex kitten. A tentative temptress. My every fantasy wrapped up in a package that’s more dangerous to handle than dynamite.”

As much as I enjoyed this second installment, I will say Holly is beginning to test my patience with her always running away. So yes there is yet another cliffhanger ending that is very similar to Book 1. Grrr.. lol. But overall, I did enjoy this installment. It was sweet, sexy, hot, steamy and had me intrigued with Creighton and his past. I can't wait to see how Ms. March will conclude the Holly and Creighton story.

3 STARS!

The continuation of Dirty Billionaire when Holly Wix; a new rising star who has shotgun wedding with billionaire, Creighton Karas. It's start when Holly leave her super rich husband because he obviously forget her blog tour.
“So then, what happened? He’s a billionaire, so maybe he was into that kinky Christian Grey stuff? Did he have a Red Room of Pain? Oh my God, he did, didn’t he? Did he spank you? Bring out his riding crop? Shit. That’s hot.”
... But how do I answer that? He did spank me, and I loved it. And then the . . . other stuff. Kinky billionaire, indeed.

His wife left him everything, including goodbye. It didn't take too long for Creighton to realize his mistake and now he must find his wife.
A lined piece of notebook paper sits in the center of the island counter.
Two words.
Just two fucking words.

Good-bye, Creighton.

“You’ve got to be fucking kidding me,” I roar. “No fucking way!”

Creighton has caveman streak. He's growl and grunts. For the first time, he feels jealousy towards any man who close to Holly including her music partner. It was suffocated Holly so much. Creighton tried to make all decisions by himself without talk to her. Maybe, his act a bit too much since their marriage isn't real. But slowly both of them starting to feel something more but didn't realize it.

Holly is an independent woman from start. Her dream to be a country singer comes with talent. When Creighton becomes her husband, everything becomes too much. However, Creighton is trying to be the best and caring husband for Holly. He gives her everything even the thing she didn't need and I'm kinda appreciated it.

This book #2 supposed to be about feeling and understanding. Holly and Creighton still has work to do to repair their relationship. Even Holly is angry and frustrated with her, Creighton easily fuel the fire to her wicked side. Holly is very submissive with Creighton's order. Not because I don't like it, but sometimes their timing is really off. They always have sex anytime and anywhere. Creighton's dirty talk melt Holly's panties right away. No resistance.
“You’re going to go bend over the end of the bed, spread your legs, and I’m going to spank that tight little ass and your naughty little cunt before I fuck you so hard, you’ll still be feeling me tomorrow when you step onstage.”
description
“You’re going to finger-fuck that tight little pussy while I watch because I want a replay of that sexy-as-fuck show you put on for me. If you thought you were just going to tease me, you were wrong. I’m going to stroke my cock until I finish between those perfect lips of yours, and then you’re going to take me down your throat until I’m hard enough to fuck your naughty cunt.”

Okay. The sex was aroused me very much. But their feeling hasn't sorted right away. Yeah I know I'm so late to finished this series after some mixed reviews that this story didn't as interesting as the previous. Well, I leave the 3 stars for some reasons. Mostly because it's all over-the-top. In the end, the drama couldn't avoidable. The ex-wife, the con-mother, the fucked-up business and again, the runaway. Awesome, right?

Did anyone else have a problem with Holly? She was impulsive, immature, irrational, selfish, inconsiderate, and had some really crappy communication skills. All the while I had to keep reminding myself 'she's only 22 years old' but it didn't help. I'm unconvinced that I'll forgive this character for her thoughts, words, actions, and reactions. And why the heck does she keep leaving???

I honestly thought my issue would be Creighton. He's a billionaire man w**** for goodness sake! But he was the one with the level head. The one that was generous, patient and compassionate. His deep feelings for Holly were obvious to everyone... but Holly. I'm just so fed up with her! His actions spoke loudly. He bought her her own tour bus, even though she's just the opening act (no matter how talented she is). He's the CEO of a conglomerate and yet he's on the freaking tour bus. He hired her her own security. He spoiled her with material goods. He listened, which is a freaking big deal!!

So I'm sure it's apparent that I loved Creighton and, because she's the heroine, I tolerated Holly. It's going to take a bloody miracle to improve my opinion of her.

Enjoy! xo

Okay so Dirty Pleasures was still a good book but in my eyes the first book was a lot better. Holly and Creighton are still everything to me but they were also kind of annoying. Holly turned from this awesome person who had an amazing back bone.. to this annoying little whiny shithead in like 2.5 milliseconds. It was just frustrating to listen to her POVs from time to time. The problems that developed between her and Creighton could've been over so much quicker if they actually talked to each other.

It's like these two are new born babies to this whole relationship shit. Which is absurd since this is Creighton's third marriage? Also what the hell is with Holly leaving at the first sign of trouble? I just wanted to pull out my hair so many times today.. and if I did, I would've been bald. BALD PEOPLE.

These two shitheads need to fix this crap and give me back my smuttiness. Also I'm kind of annoyed with how this book ended.. because it was the same ending as the first one. If you couldn't tell that I'm rolling my eyes while writing this sentence... I don't know.. just trust me. It was a well deserved eye rolling moment.

Finally part two!

Creighton (can I just say, not a fan of that name at all. Not one bit) and Holly’s story picks up right where it left off in part one. I am going to skip the story recap and go with the feels, because I am drunk and seriously can’t be trusted not to just tell you everything about what happens.

I sort of loved part two more than part one. I loved getting to see Holly in her element and Crey (going with that) so out of his element. But I am not sure if I have been given enough insight into Holly to understand her enough to forgive her actions.

I think overall, Crey is giving 110% and Holly barely notices just how much he is devoting to making this whole whimsical marriage work. It’s a tad frustrating, but I can’t wait to see the drama element that will be introduced into the final installment of this series.

Crey is a complete alpha male, but yet is not unwilling to concede in the name of getting what he wants. There is something utterly hot about a man willing to say sorry or ‘I was wrong’ that ruins me.

I have no idea where Meghan will take us in part three, but I can’t wait to get there.

4 'Hotness' Stars

Let's all be honest here, the good girl, always falls for the bad boy. In this case, it's a damaged sexy ass billionaire alpha male. So Holly definitely comes out on top. Gosh, now I'm wishing I'm on top of Creighton. lol. *Fans oneself*

"Holly, this is your fucking husband. Where the fuck are you? And if you think you're fucking done with me, you're dead wrong, sweetheart. Better get ready, because I'm fucking coming for you."

Come on ladies, if your man said this, you would be wetting your panties with anticipation. Talk about scrumptious.

Dirty Billionaire ended with a note, whereby Holly simply says 'good-bye.' However, her goodbye is based on her up coming tour, which Creighton seems to have forgotten about. In Dirty Pleasures, Creighton realizes he messed up royally and is now fighting time and his emotions, in order to get to Holly.

Now, a little interjection, I cannot gush enough on how much this couple has impacted on my emotions. I get so elated when I read about these two. They just get my blood pumping. Thinking about the lion's den as Holly approaches and even when she takes on Creighton. Delicious!!

Now with all this being said, the plot of the story was lacking. I felt from book one, onto Book two, there was not much development of Creighton himself. We get Holly's backstory and her concerns, however, the mystery surrounding Creighton is still amiss and I find myself grappling for his story within my mind. With this said, I do hope that Dirty Together gives me some more insight into this couple and the impending drama that needs to arise for the extra ummphhh to the hotness factor.

“Christ, this woman is like none other; she’s a complete contradiction. An innocent sex kitten. A tentative temptress. My every fantasy wrapped up in a package that’s more dangerous to handle than dynamite.”

Updated to add additional read dates. As you know, this series is amazeballs.

"Holly, this is your fucking husband. Where the fuck are you? And if you think you're fucking done with me, you're dead wrong, sweetheart. Better get ready, because I'm fucking coming for you.

When Creighton returns home at the end of the last book and finds Holly gone, he jets off to find his wayward wife. Holly goes on tour with country music superstar Boone Thrasher (Big D, Real Dirty Duet) and Creighton tags along, much to her surprise. He finds himself fascinated by the hardworking woman his wife is and immerses himself in her world. They start to realize this marriage is more than just sex, which causes some confusing emotions for both of them. When the tour is over and it's time for her to return to his NYC corporate life, she finds out some news that upsets her. Instead of sticking around and talking to him, Holly takes off again. She has a habit of doing that.

"Things change, Holly. And everything has changed for me because of you. If you haven’t figured that out yet, then I’ll just have to show you."

Meghan March can do no wrong with her alpha men with the Big D energy. Of course, Sebastian York's voice helps seal that deal.

If you read the first book, then you know how this series is worth the read.
