A good read for Halloween because what could be better than shifters and ghosts around that time of year. There are two stories in this book that take place in Bearfield. The heat level is very high in this one.
In Midnight Feast something has all the shifters wanting to get up close and personal with each other. It's a frenzy and the only hope is Sebastian. Can he give the Raven Queen what she wants? A very sinfully delicious story.
In Ghost Boinkers Chloe finds herself in a life and death situation concerning a ghost, but she doesn't count on a werewolf entering the picture. If the two are going to survive the night they have to get creative to beat the ghost.

This has two stories in it the first is Midnight Feast and is so good !! Poor Alison is trying her best to pull off a Halloween party and to be able to meet more of the folks from Bearfield . But she accepts the help of the Raven Queen ( since she wanted organic grown "mint " ) and ends up with spiked drinks !! I loved the way that this punch reacted to the shifters and humans LOL !! But it is thanks to Sebastian that the magic got lifted . Not that he complained !! And just FYI this is super hot and short and oh so sweet story !!
The next up is Ghost Boinkers and involves a crazy spirit , hot Donovan and Chloe , Alison's sister . I can not say much about this one even though it is a great super quick read because it is so short and I do not want to give any spoilers . I will just say ..... ENJOY !

Honeybear Halloween...
This book had 2 stories and both were hilarious. Too short. I definitely needed a little bit more. Midnight Feast was the first story and it featured Sebastian and the Raven Queen. Dramatic for sure. But again too short. The 2nd book was Ghost Blinkers that featured Chloe and Donovan. Although funny and angst filled, it was too short. I need more. Maybe bump into these characters in another book.

LOVE THESE TWO STORIES
1. MIDNIGHT FEAST Alison is having a Halloween party in her new club , The Growler, she is making her mint mojito punch. Her bear boyfriend Michael has told her that in Bearfield they don't really celebrate Halloween, magic seen to go haywire on that nigh, but new to the magic and from the normal world (the world that doesn't know about shifters)she wants to have a party. She has been told do not trust the Raven Queen, but she was nice and made a deal for the mint in her garden, but did not tell her what was what in the garden. Her sister is coming in to the party. Sebastian,Micheal nephew, underage but he still came to see if he could help.He has secret dreams of the raven queen and that will help him this night.For as the punch is going fast, everyone loves it Alison starts to notice things are a little strage and heads to the bar to see if it is affecting everyone. It is, but what is causing is it? Alison makes Sebastian (man up, become the alpha for tonite) to face the raven queen who is laughing . Then she see's Micheal and knows she has to get him out of there, so she tells Sebastian to be the alpha she needs and tell with it for hr=er and she was gone. So he ask was can you do to stop this. She named a few things she could do for a price..He thought it over and thensaid yes, if she put everything back , then he had to do what he promised. Many things would be said. Most far from the truth. A GREAT STORY,A MUST READ!!!!

To making her hit a man, she gets out to see if alive or if she can help him.One of the ghost was trying to kill her and cause her car to wrp around a tree.She finds out that the hot guy she hit is a werewolf. She she run?s and falls over a cliff. Will she be found or will she die because of it? Donovan (he man she hit) comes down the clif to help her. The ghost is still trying to kill them, then suddenly she thinks of a way to stop her and tells him, he is shocked but when she explains he agrees.

Such a fun holiday read it was hard to put down. Midnight Feast features a magically enhanced party punch that turns a Halloween bash into a free for all orgy. Trusting the magical Raven Queen, Alison uses mint from the Queen's garden that happens to be wolf nip. Not only does it drive the shifters wild, but the human tourists too. Sebastian, the Alpha's non-shifting son, sacrifices his virgin self to save the town and his soon-to-be aunt's reputation. For removing the effects of the curse, Sebastian has set himself up for a wild night with the Raven Queen. He goes in a kid and comes out a man and the party will go down in Bearfield history. It was such fun trying to keep up with all the excitement being back in Bearfield again with the shifters we know. Ghost Boinkers is also right outside Bearfield featuring Alison's sister Chloe, who sees ghosts. One of her ghosts feeds off of pain, suffering and sorrow and decides that killing Chloe should be good for some negative energy. If having a ghost try to kill you in your own car isn't enough to scare you, then running over a man in said car should do the trick. Thank goodness the man is a shifter and can shift to heal. Poor Chloe gets the scare of her life and runs off. Literally, off a cliff. Chloe's conversations with her ghost is really kinda funny and kept me giggling. I liked both stories and the "hardships" Chloe and Sebastian had to endure. Don't miss out on these cute holiday stories. I received a free copy in exchange for an honest review.

This had a couple of great stories in this book. The first story is about how things got so messed in this town. The drinks got spiked with what was like shifter like cat nip. The town was either horny or crazy..LOL Alison did not know she grabbed the wrong thing from the Raven Queens garden. Now there is a mess and Alison leaves Sebastian who was the Alpha’s sone there to take care of the problem while she deals with her horny future mate.
Fixing the problem does not come with out a price. The Raven Queens wants a virgin sacrifice. Will Sebastian be willing to give into the Queens demands to save the town?
Ghost Boinkers:
What a funny story. This was about Alison’s sister Chloe. Chloe had a gift. She could see ghost. Not all ghost are friendly and this one night she had one riding with her that wanted her dead. In the turn of events she runs over/into a wolf shifter by the name of Donovan.
Can they work together and find away to kill ghost that wants them dead?

Having mixed the mint into her drink bowl, she realizes something isn't right. She has made a big mistake and picked wolf-nip or shifter-nip along with mint. This cause her party to become one big sexual mass of chaos. To set things to right Sebastian the alphas son must be a virgin sacrifice to the Raven Queen. Will Michael and Alison forget to wait to mate? Will Sebastian step up to the challenge to break the control of the chaos?

I received an ARC of Honeybear Halloween from the author, in exchange for my honest review.
OH how I've missed the small town of Bearfield, but what a perfect time to jump back in. Jaqueline Sweet has gifted us with 2 short Halloween specials. I would recommend you read the first 2 books in this series, you really don't want to miss anything in the previous books.
In "Midnight Feast", we got to see how Michael & Alison are getting on with one-another, also how the deal made with the Crow Queen is panning out. We get to meet a new character, the Alphas son & also catch up with the wolves from book 2. A Halloween party, gets crazy, with the help or misdirection of the Crow Queen, & what will a young Alpha to be do to make things right??
In "Ghost Boinkers", we met Alison's sister & find out the reason she doesn't arrive to Alison's Halloween party (in Midnight Feast), all I can say is WOW.
Well, I can honestly say I devoured both these short stories in no time, they were both fast paced, hot & steamy. Now I can't wait to read the next book in this series.

Midnight Feast: Alison is throwing a Halloween party at the Growler. She finds some mint leaves in the Raven Queen's garden and uses them to make one of her signiture drinks for the party. Something strange happens to shifters an humans when they drink her special cocktail. Sebastian is the only one able to fight off the effects of the drink. It will be up to him to convince the Raven Queen to break the spell and pay the price. This was a funny and sexy story, fantastic!
Ghost Boinkers: Chloe is on her way to visit her sister Alison, and attend the Halloween party that Alison is hosting. An evil ghost causes Chloe to run off the road and to hit a man walking along the side of the road. Fortunately, the man, Donovan, is a werewolf and isn't seriously injured. Unfortunately, the evil ghost now wants to kill both of them. Chloe and Donovan will definitely have a good time banishing the evil ghost. Very hot and steamy read with some laughs, a wonderful story!

**Midnight Feast**: The town's Halloween party was hijacked when the punch is spiked - accidentally. They thought it was mint but they got the equivalent to catnip for wolves. What fallows is hot, hot, hot. The party turns sexy and steamy when the party goers let loose. Sebastian is an alpha wolf shifter and a virgin to boot. He shakes off the punch's effect and approaches the Raven Queen who is a powerful witch and a shifter and who is loving what is going on. What happens next will have you wiping your brow. A delightful read.
**Ghost Boinkers**: Chloe is gifted with the ability to communicate with ghosts. She is driving to her sisters party with a car full of ghosts. One of which tries to take her car off the cliff and makes her hit a man on the side of the road. The man she hits, Donovan turns out to be a shifter, The story takes off from there. Hot and sexy scenes will make you sweat.

Midnight Feast is the first of two Bearfield Halloween stories in this book. Alison who is throwing a party, has made a deal for mint with the Raven Queen. Having mixed the mint into her drink bowl, she realizes something isn't right. She has made a big mistake and picked wolf-nip or shifter-nip along with mint. This cause her party to become one big sexual mass of chaos. To set things to right Sebastian the alphas son must be a virgin sacrifice to the Raven Queen. Will Michael and Alison forget to wait to mate? Will Sebastian step up to the challenge to break the control of the chaos?
In the second story Ghost Boinkers, Alison's sister is on her way to her sisters party. Chloe sees ghost, she has attracted the attention of a very bad ghost who wants to kill her. While fighting for control of her car she runs over Donovan. Can the two of them destroy the ghost or become its victims? I enjoyed this Halloween group of stories.

I have to say that despite the fact that i didn't get if this was from another series and i was lost with who was what the story really sucked me in!
It was intresting and fast paced and with lots of excitement.
Really intresting in catching up this series from the beginning.

This book contains two short stories and is a fast, enjoyable read.
Midnight Feast was the first story - showing Alison's attempted Halloween party, where a special ingredient from the Raven Queen's garden turns the festivities heated. In order to save the day, Sebastian - the son of the alpha who has never been able to shift - would have to serve as a virgin sacrifice to the Queen. I really enjoyed this story and the relationships between the characters.
Ghost Boinkers was the second story - involving a ghost determined to kill Chloe as she tries to drive to a Halloween party. The relationship between Chloe and Donovan was a little contrived (think: we must have sex to save ourselves from the ghost hellbent on misery. She'll explode if we're joyful and excited). These novellas set in the wonderful town of Bearfield is spectacularly fun and truly sizzling! both novellas are fast paced but yummy as all get out! I loved seeing some old characters and I LOOOOVED the new additions. I laughed a time or two and I found myself completely enthralled and just...well turned on with some of the serious smoking hot DELICIOUS sex that went down.
Usually I find novellas to be rushed and a little less enjoyable than a full length novel, but these were perfect! I loved them completely and wholeheartedly. Everthing about the novellas were fun, sexy, mysterious and just MADE for Halloween. I can't believe I actually waited till now to actually read them! Yes, they are THAT good!
Honeybear Halloween by the fabulous Jacqueline Sweet got a STUPENDOUS FIVE SHOOTING STARS! Wicked fun, full of surprises and so damn SEXY! I can't wait to see what else I have missed. A definite MUST HAVE!

Catch up on some of your favorite characters and meet some new ones in this wonderfully naughty addition to the Bearfield series. In Midnight Feast catch up with Alison and Michael, and see what concoctions are brewing using magical mint. Some strange things are happening in Bearfield, as if all the residents and tourists have lost their inhibitions. It will be up to human Sebastian to cure the people and to restore everyone back to normal. In Ghost Boinkers, Chloe is nearly killed by a ghost making her crash her car, right into a hot and sexy man in the middle of the road. Donovan was not expecting to get run over on his way to a Halloween party, or attacked by a ghost, or having to save Chloe from said ghost. This tells the story of how at the town's Halloween party, someone spikes the punch and causes all sorts of problems, leaving it up to the Alpha's son, Sebastian, to save the day. And the only way to do that is deliver a special sacrifice to the Raven Queen.
The second book is Ghost Bonkers, and is about a woman named Chloe who finds herself stranded on a deserted mountain road with a shifter and a troublesome ghost.
I really loved both stories and plan on checking out the other books in the series. My only compliant is that I wish the stories had been longer. I'm really looking forward to seeing future books in this series.

Honeybears Halloween is two novellas in one book. While they are both suppose to be stand alone they clearly fit into a bigger set of works. Because of this you get a feel that you should know the characters already so it takes a little time to catch up with who's who. There are some editing issues throughout the first novella. The stories themselves are interesting. The idea of a bar full of shifters high on shifter nip is quite intriguing. A girl that can see and interact with ghost isn't so surprising until you throw in her having sex to destroy side ghost. That's a new one. The sex scenes are hot and steamy. The ending is very abrupt though. It felt like it was cut short to keep it a novella. I did enjoy the stories and I'm now curious about the rest of the Bearfield books. I was gifted this book for my honest review.

I have read several of Ms Sweet's works and have enjoyed them. She now has a standard where I expect more from her and in this instance she does not let me down.

We meet characters again for a Halloween party. Its a good story but without a HEA, I would have loved for Sebastian to have had more of a relationship with the Rowan Queen but it did not happen in this story, It may be an idea for a further book/short story.
Ghost Boinkers
A Halloween story of a different kind.
I liked the spunk of Chloe when faced with a murderous ghost, and her way to get fid of such ghosts. You'll have to read it to find out how.
There's even a recipe of a cocktail that I must try sometime when I actually have all of the ingredients.

Michael and Ally's Halloween bash doesn't go exactly as planned, there's something unexpected in the holiday punch. This was my personal favorite of the two stories in this book. Chloe, Ally's sister, is on her way to Bearfield when she gets waylaid by a nasty ghost. While struggling to maintain control of her car, she accidentally runs over the gorgeous werewolf Donovan. Can the two survive Halloween night together and defeat the murderous poltergeist? How ever will they do it? Read the story to find out.

Two sexy short stories featuring characters from the Honeybear series.
My favorite is Midnight Feast. A surprise in the drinks served at the Halloween party cause people to lose their inhibitions and want to have sex. There is a great scene in the kitchen and in the woods for Michael and his fiance/mate. Sebastian gets his chance to prove he is an Alpha int he bedroom. The author packs a lot of intensity into a short story.
Ghost Boinkers is the story of a ghost intent on hurting Chloe who gets stopped by her having amazing sex with the shifter she meets on the road to her sister's party. It is quite a first meeting for them. A fun, sexy read.

This is another great quick read installment in the Bearfield series. In this one we get to follow up on a lot of the characters that were introduced in the first book and also learn a little about Alison's sister Chloe. I loved the twist with the Raven queen and Sebastian, and can't wait to see if he gets his own book in the future. I didn't realize that this book was divided between two stories, they seemed to flow perfectly together and I can't wait to see if Chloe will become a resident of Bearfield in the future. One thing I really love about this author's books is the recipe at the end of the story....it is always something really easy to prepare and is really fun to try. I can't wait for the next book in this series to see what she comes up with next.

This was a compilation of two short stories regarding characters of the previous books. I haven't actually read the aforementioned books, but this was more of a complementary book or side stories that mostly focused on sexual encounters rather than introducing a new storyline. It would be interesting or fun if the one who like the previous books were searching for a little more regarding their beloved characters, but as a standalone it might be a fun and entertaining short read but with the lack of story it didn't captivated me. Also, there were some sexual scenes, especially with the second story, that had some cringe-worthy dialogue.

Can I say how much I LOVE the Bearfield Series. This book is actually 2 stories (2 for 1 AWESOME). Midnight Feast has Alison throwing a huge Halloween party - shifters aren't much for Halloween parties (with good reason). The punch with the extra added ingredient causes some problems! Sebastian steps up to save the day with the Raven Queen (can they get another story??). Ghost Boinkers Chloe is coming to Alison's party only Alison doesn't know it. Chloe can see and hear ghost. The Lady in White tries to kill Chloe. Chloe crashes the car into Donovan and then a tree. Donovan and Chloe get rid of the Lady in White. Can't wait for more of their story. YEAH!!!!!
