I am grateful that this book exists and glad that someone tried their best to capture Six Sigma Case Studies from start to finish in a book. Somewhere maybe I misunderstood the title but this book is heavier on the "Minitab" part of than the "Six Sigma" part. It felt like some of the case studies were rushed to conclusion and not fleshed out enough. Even on the Minitab side, there were no explanations as to why certain options were selected instead of other similar options in some cases. Also please introduce colored graphs and figures for the next edition, it is very confusing to distinguish the lines of the graph in black and white. Still, I would recommend this book to anyone interested in using Minitab. The Help option on the Minitab covers most of the stuff missed by this book, so it's cool.
