An appealing idea for a story--since I love fashion and stories about Italy--that sadly didn't live up to my expectations. I feel despondent whenever I fail to like a book simply because I can see all the effort the author put into her work. Only it needed a lot of extra muscle in terms of editing, grammar, plot and character development etc. Sadly, I won't be revisiting this author's work, and I wish that this copy was free, and not the .99 I paid for it. It made me feel obliged to finish reading it, and I was disappointed by the ending despite the HEA.

The real designer always wins

So you have Marco Perelli from one of the top designing houses in Milan. Then there is Laventa an up and coming brilliant designer from America who is hired to work in Milan. Marco and Laventa become friends and fall in love. Laventa's designs are stolen by a coworker... I recommend this book if you don't mind reading a short but good story.
