I enjoyed the characters for some reason, the storyline was a bit wack though. Taryn was so simple in the head but at the same time, she was strong. Seemed like her decisions just didn't make sense for the character at times. Then Demoto and all the nonsense that came with him was so out of order. The whole Double O thing was so silly at times I couldn't do anything but laugh. Really? This criminal organization that's so powerful is throwing parties, showing up at strip clubs with the "team" name on them and all this other crap?
The entire situation with the family was, I hate to say it, but stupid. It was so sloppy, it's like if you try to sell me something at the very least make me believe it a little. Not to even mention the whole prince thing, come on. Add the ending on it and I can't even tell you how silly this really was. I'd recommending S.W. Franks, Alfonzo Series, the way Nico moved in this was great. Also Justify My Thug, Thug Series by Wahida Clark; Trey was a beast in this one.
This book take you a ride from the very first page. I love Taryn and the relationship she had Demato . I loved the way the always had each other back. Alicia was very sick in the head and gotten what she deserves. This was an good standalone book.
The story of Demoto and Taryn kept me on my toes! The love they share for one another is one of a kind. I'm on my way to read part 2! Great Job A'zayler!
Man this book was something else. I knew something was fishy with that cayman man. I didn't think Buck was that high ranking, but hey I guess he was. I lived how Youngblood took care of his woman. He was all that she needed since she was dealt such a bad hand in life. Good job.
A very entertaining read. The only reason I couldn't give it 5 stars is because I didn't care for the back and forth between Taryn-Lee and Demoto. I mean they were both feeling each other and acknowledged the chemistry that they shared, yet continued in relationships with other people. I feel like they just wasted unnecessary time. Now once they got their act together it was all good. Jacko and Kia are just adorable together. I'm so glad that Taryn-Lee was able to find a family in Kia and Mr. Buck. The bond that they formed is one of a true family full of love and loyalty. You can't ask for more than that. Job well done A'Zayler.
I am such a sap!! I love a good "romance". It's about an orphan that had no one. Her first day of high school at her new school she found the one who would love & kill for her. I'm so happy taryn & demoto got it together & became a couple. Cause they were making me mad in the beginning fighting it. The ending had me on edge but I'm happy it didn't really end like that. My first time reading this author. I will definitely check out another book.
Although some things were a little farfetched, I enjoyed the book. Taryn Lee and Demoto were cute with their tall selves. Not trying to give anything away but if that part in NY would have went down I was going to tear up some stuff, my emotions were all over the place. I was wondering what had happened to Alicia and boy I found out. That part was wrong on so many levels. Not sorry how it ended for her. What happened to Reece?
Now this book is a must read. There were so many twist to this book. The love, danger, respect and hungry for life, love and loyalty is not something you see everyday. I guess it's true you can find love at first sight. This book not only hits the system in play but also how there are still kind hearted people everywhere. Motivated people don't let their circumstances and environment tell them who they can and cannot be.
Taryn and demoto relationship is so cute.Demoto looked out for her but he caught feelings fast.taryn home life forced on the streets but meeting moto, kia, and his friends became her family.Kia and Jacko together is so cute even tho they tried to hide it. The storyline was good a must read for sure.

I felt bad for Tamyrn she had it rough but she found the love she has been longing for with Moto. That Alicia was a piece of work. I can't wait to see what happens in part 2. Will we hear from Reese again? What happened to the foster parents? Another good one from this author.
I would give this book five stars hands down. I love the characters and everything seem to flow in the book and not all over the place. Can't wait another book from you. Great job
I was a little skeptical at first to buy this book, but I am so glad that I did. The book kept my attention from beginning to end. I read it in one day, because I couldn't put it down. Great read and you won't be disappointed.
This was good but wanted Tee Tee and Demoto to get married.Cayman and Alicia got what they deserved.More could have been said about Demoto brother and it would be nice if his mother comes for her and Tee Tee kills her,for trying to kill him.
This is a good ads book and I like Moto and Jacko....Taryn has been through a lot I'm so happy she had Kia,Buck,Moto, and Jacko to help her out...I love when she seen him getting jumped she fighting too,Kia just as down she and Jacko were made for each other...
Wow!! I really enjoyed this book, I was all in from the beginning. I was sad and mad cause I thought something bad had happen too moto. I like Kia and taryn. I can't wait to see what happens in part 2.
This book was everything and a complete novel. I loved Demeto & Taryn's relationship. This was a great book. I'm looking forward to more from A'Zayler.
I enjoyed this book with a few errors and the way it ended I'm not sure why it's a series but I'm gonna read the other two. But Demoto Youngblood is a piece of art work ☺️
