This book has a strange layout and is groups of 5. 5 things you can do to... There is little about getting organized but a lot about tweaks you can make to change your life. All declarations but little how to make changes that stick.

Nothing noteworthy here. I walked away with one helpful tip: ask employees to come to you with 2 proposed solutions when they want help with a problem. I have always encouraged employees to run an actual idea or draft response by me instead of just pushing off the issue for me to deal with.
