Must read for the Elders of the Church!

Take notes if you are an elder (leader ) in your church! Its not just the pastors job! This should be required reading for every Elder in the church. Straub supports his words with scripture and biblical wisdom. This could easily be a workbook for an Elders class. Take your time and take notes!
