The One Who Got Sway

Rate this book
You were introduced to Lightning Garaile in Next Door Flavor. You’ll meet her sisters Thunder and Maelstrom this fall … but what about the rest of their posse? Chicks who wear names so jacked, display intelligence so brilliantly, and pull off crazy so effortlessly, have to roll with some equally brazen women. Introducing a whole new posse … drum roll please… put your reading glasses on, get your iced tea ready and give it up for the FUNC (Fucked Up Name Club) Chapter of the MFP Posse. Stuff that adventures and legends were made of they will have you LYMFAO and feeling sorry for the guys that try and catch them.

So what do you get when you take a chick named Maverick Storm, a kilt-wearing Scotsman with a Southern-Russian-Scottish accent and a middle name of Zulu? You have THE ONE WHO GOT SWAY, the first book in the FUNC Posse.

Two pens...one-of-a-kind adventures...zero apologies.

A kickazz tag-team bound together by the pen, Jeanie (the shagalicious wordslinger) and Jayha (the literary badazz) are forces of nature that will either leave you begging for mercy or begging for more.

We are women who have brains we aren't afraid to use; feelings we aren't afraid to express; and, middle fingers that we aren’t afraid to extend. We pen stories that push all kinds of boundaries and we don’t apologize for it. Our heroines are feisty; our heroes are hot, and our stories are one-of-a-kind adventures.

Black woman white male erotic romance. Yummy. Let's just say this story was hot!!! No one writes male characters like these women. I mean wow! These men are men. Not boys who don't know what they want. Which is extremely yummylicious. Also they way they write black women is extremely encouraging. I loved that they have higher educations. They can also kick ass and they have a great character. Also great moral compasses that you just can't help but get pulled by them. And love them as well.

Off the charts crazy

I loved it. All the mayhem and cursing foreplay that is fully southern. The mommas are funny and scary as all get out. Coain and Maverick are perfect for each other. Can't wait to see who she has picked out for Forbes.
