The guide does contain many useful recipes and instructions for gathering and preparing herbs. That said, I found the strange and broken English of the author very irritating and difficult to follow. As I am aware that some herbs can be dangerous if not prepared and utilized correctly, I will not be using this guide. The author's ( or translator's )poor grasp of the English language left too many doubts for my comfort.
