He had been inside of me, coursing through my veins. So I cut and bled Dash Chambers until I was free. But the day I returned to Six Forks and was thrown at his feet, I realized I would never forget how it felt to have every inch of him inside me. ...and he’s waiting. I was waiting like crazy that story after reading the previous books in Broken Love series...
I had to feed somehow my addiction to the story, but mostly i needed my eternal beloved Keiran!!!

Yeah, right!!! He is so fucked' up, but i love him!!!
He is the center of all of those guys, and mine too!!! LOL

First of all, i have to say about that ending...
OMG!!! You couldn't believe what happened even if you could try to guess...
The last thirty pages was the death of me!!!

Three fucked up things happened and everytime i was on edge of losing my sanity!!!
One with Keiran, one with Dash and Willow and one with who was Mitch's killer after all!!! No, i can't tell you anything about that!!!
What the hell was happening???? And what was that ending???

B.B. you wanna kill me???? I'm almost to that point, i reassure you!!!
I need the final book!!! NOW!

First of all, i have to say that we finally took some of our endless questions of the previous book, but not all of them...

We are still missing some things that i'm sure that we will found out in the next book... Right???
For once again, we saw all of our favorite characters and yep, my wish came true...
We had a lot of Keiran's presence since it seemed that everybody had an obsession with him and they are after him...
GOD!!! STOP TRYING TO KILL HIM!!! Hands off my man!!!!

[Yep, Lake!!! It's yours!!! I haven't forgot!!! ;))]

But it's time to talk to you about the main couple of this book...
Dash and Willow!!!

“You’re right. You’re a fucking mess.” Her face fell in disappointment. “I’ve never met anyone more perfect.”

Dash and Willow had a history...
As you can remember from the previous books, those two came together because of Keiran and his obsession with Lake.
Keiran wanted to isolated Lake from everybody and he started his plan by throwing Dash in Willow's life.
You see, Willow was Lake's best friend and what was better for Keiran's plans than she will lose her best friend???
And Dash did what his best friend ask him, but his feelings got caught in Willow's charm...
But when Willow learnt the truth, she tried to stay away from him... With no much success!!!

"Keiran had sent me on a mission to make a girl fall in love and sacrifice her heart, but it seemed the only one who had been sacrificed was me."

But when they finished school and Lake decided to follow Keiran, Willow disappeared...
Yep, she just disappeared. Nobody knew where she was for the last four years!!!
Dash tried to find her but with no success at all!!!

In this book we have some memories of the beginning of Dash and Willow's relationship and i loved them!!!
I liked that i finally saw how they reached that point and how true their feelings were!!!

"I experienced what it was like to be addicted, and strange enough, I had become addicted to the addiction. There was only one person who could feed my addiction. One girl who I craved more than success or breathing.

Now, four years later, everybody's lives had changed as we saw to the previous book...
Dash had follow the path that his father wanted... Now, he is the boss of the family's company and he is about to marry a woman that despise...
And when he is trying to complain, his dick of a father he is telling him to choose between Keiran's friendship or to have the freedom to marry whoever he wants...
So now, he is trying to find a solution between this dilemma...

At this point, i have to say that the friendship between Keiran and Dash was magnificent... It was like Keiran needed Dash to anchor him!!!
Their bond was too solid for anyone to get in the way!!!

“You’re my brother. You’ll always be my brother. No one can change that,” he whispered.

But totally unexpected Willow is back in his life and he is determined to keep her there and to take some answers...

Where was she all those years???
And why she had come back now???
What is she hiding???
What is chasing her???

"Four years ago, I had become adept at reading her like an open book, and right now, it read that she is in trouble, or at the very least hiding something. For Willow, maybe the latter was much more dangerous.
Now that I had her, I had no idea what I was going to do with her. I haven’t seen her in four years because I let her have her way. That wasn’t a mistake I was willing to make again. I wasn’t aware of what life she made for herself these last four years, but it wasn’t relevant anymore.
She was never going back."

Willow didn't want anything than to make a quick visit to her mother and to leave again...
But the things got complicated and now she is forced to do something really bad to protect the people that she loved...

And the worst thing is that Dash is there and she can't escape him as much as she wants it!!!

"Wanting Dash was risky.
Fucking him was dangerous.
Loving him would be a tragedy."

Well, Willow was hiding lots of things.
She wasn't the girl that we used to know.

She was hurting and many times she was acting like a real bitch!!!
I will admit that she irritated me very much in this book and i can't believe the hatred that she had inside of her...
And the main receiver for this hatred was Keiran.
In her mind, he was the one that took everything from her... Her best friend and her chance to love...

If i recall well, Willow, you were the one that you were pussing away Dash and you were sending mixed signals!!!

"“What Keiran did was despicable, but he didn’t make you fuck Dash and he didn’t make you fall in love. You did it because you wanted to and because your heart craved Dash. The start may have been false, but the journey was real."

As for Dash??? He was a sweetheart as always.
He was the most rational person of this book, but Willow was sending him out of balance...
Even though that he didn't expect to fall for Willow, he did it and her absence was killing him.
I liked the way that he was acting when she got back...

but man, near to the end you make me shit my pants!!!
What is that with those guys and the lessons that they are teaching??? Their lessons are cruel!!!
But because Willow made me really mad, i think that she deserved it!!!

"I control my future and now I control you. The only things I can’t control are my feelings for you.”

And now, i'm dying for the next book!!! What else we will have to get through, ugh???
This series is my greatest ADDICTION!!!!

But noone could ever overpower Keiran in my heart!!! That's why they are losing half point every time from me!!! SORRY!!! #NOT

“What do you want me to do?” I felt my growl more than I heard it. “You want me to fucking chase after her and beg her to be with me for the third time?”
Keiran’s answering laugh was void of humor. It was dark and threatening. “No, man. I want you to do what you already want to do. She’s already yours.” His eyes darkened to black pools. “Take what’s yours.”

“Give me one good reason why you want me, Dash. I’m ten pounds overweight, my hair looks like the wild kingdom gone wilder, I’m a penny below poor and according to the rest of the world, I’m colorblind.”
I picked over every flaw she so graciously pointed out, nodded my head slowly, and then told her what she thought she wanted to hear.
“You’re right. You’re a fucking mess.” Her face fell in disappointment. “I’ve never met anyone more perfect.”

Dash and Willow. The best friend of Keiran and the best friend of Lake. I wanted to read their story since book Fear Me. Lake was bullied by Keiran and then she discovered that his best friend was sleeping with Willow. Of course he was playing with her. He was filthy rich, sophisticated and so goodlooking!

Apparently everything was just a game in the beginning for Dash, but suddenly he fell in love with Willow without wanting it.

Willow will disappear for several years and suddenly she will be back crashing a wedding.
Does Dash has feelings for her still?
Will he let her escape again?
Why is she back?

I love this series because it is over the top crazy. None of the characters is normal. And so many things and twists happen in just a few pages. There is darkness, betrayals, killings and impossible situations. And there is always a happy ending!

I still think that no book in the series can compare to the darkness and the twists of the first book, but the rest of the books are definitely very entertaining.

❤ ❤ ❤

Where to start with this review?
I was really looking forward to Dash & Willow story, really bad damn & this bulling is really getting somewhat stale! It just didn’t seem like Dash character!

But yet on the hand, this book helps so much with some of the secrets that the author left us with from the previous book

I find that Dash is like the smartest & the more sensible of the group, so you can imagine my reaction. when we lost control with Willow… Dash seem more impulsive in this book , but then again Willow broke his heart when she up & left

Willow’s secrets were slowly revealed to us. The author makes you feel like you could relate to every emotion she was feeling. Well that’s how I felt at least

Now on the other hand the author made me feel like I missed big chuck of the book was missing, Cuz maybe I’m blonde or something , ( well literally I’m, but that’s besides the point)Any how … & can someone please tell me why Willow ran in the first place 4 years ago?

Now I must say how much I completely love the backstories, all the backstabbing.....lies, deception, not knowing who to trust… that part had me turning pages late until the night!

I still want to know more about Kennedy kidnap

I’ve dream of all 6 of these characters getting their happy ending. I liked the book, but believe or not I didn’t love the book! somehow, I wanted something different for Dash &Willow!

There is one more book in this series & I’m looking forward to it, specially how the author ends this one. It’s going to be interesting to say the least even thought we have got bits & pieces of Keiran & Lake new relationship

I’m so so sorry if I left you wondering about my opinion of this book… I believe that I’m going to come back & reread this book on a later date

📚 Hope you enjoy this read & also always keep in mind this is just my opinion & my honest review 💕 + Also I wouldn’t never discourage anyone from reading this book.

I enjoyed Dash and Willow's book way more than I did, Keenan and Sheldon's even though I gave this one 4 stars! Once again B.B Reid has written a gripping read! I inhaled this book, I can't even begin to try to explain my love for this series! It's book crack, plain and simple. Yes the situations are unbelievable and yes it's completely over the top and filled with angst and drama but that's why I love it so much! Unlike the previous books this one leans more towards romantic suspense, the other books had much more darker elements.

Willow has been gone for four years, there's been no communication between her and her friends. They don't know where she is and they don't even know if she's okay, until she's thrown from a moving car the day of Keenan and Sheldon's wedding.

Obviously there's a lot of animosity and angst. Dash is resentful of how she just left, Lake lost her best friend without even a warning and well Keiran and Keenan support the women they love. I think Sheldon was the most accepting of them. Things have changed and when I say changed I mean HOLY FREAKING ULCER INDUCING CHANGE. Dash is engaged to a bitch faced witch and I didn't know if I could trust anything Willow said. Bear in mind the story is told in dual POV but Willow was so indecisive that I didn't know where the story would take me!

A threat from the past rears it's ugly head (see what I did there?)and it's difficult trying to figure out Willow's role in the entire thing. The chemistry between Willow and Dash was off the charts and I mean BANGIN'! Dash took to being an Alpha Male like a duck to water and I absolutely loved it! Of course Keiran did not disappoint, sorry guys but Keiran will always be the one for me!

I obviously had a couple of issues hence the 4 star rating.
First and foremost: That last bit, and if you read the book you know what I'm talking about. I'm sorry but that was uncalled for! And I'm not talking about the cliffy because that was delicious, I'm talking about when we though everything had gone to SHIT!

Oh that's it! Nothing else, I just could have done without it. If you haven't read this series, give it a go. Keep your logic at the door and pour a liberal amount of "suspend that belief" all over your brain while you're at it.

I'll add some panty melting quotes later!

"Wanting Dash was risky.
Fucking him was dangerous.
Loving him would be a tragedy."

We know Dash & Willow from the previous book. We waited a lot to have their story, to see their Happily ever after.. and now it's here!

"She had been made for me."

I've never been big fan of Dash either of Willow . I was so too consumed by Keiran first ( HE WILL ALWAYS BE MY FAVORITE) and then from Keenan to fall inlove with Dash but after this book I like him a lot! He wasn't like the crazy-ass-sexy-scary-brothers at all. ( not that I mind their craziness though... )
For me he was sweet, charming, sexy and funny!

Dash was elegant, smooth, caring, confident and of course arrogant. But he was never too much. He cared a lot for the people he love. He wanted to help everyone, to protect everyone and to save his heart .
All he wanted in his life was to make his father proud and at the same time doing what he wants.. but had never been easy for him. Now when he is the head of his father company he was a lot more responsobilites and I can tell that he handle everything soooo good! . It was so hot watching him be the boss, to give orders and make smart moves. He was wise when it comes so buisness and after a while he became smart about other things too...

WE finally know where Willow was!!! Hallelujah! After all these years she is her hometown again with a bunch of secrets!
Willow was the good friend, the secret lover and the girl with crazy style.. now everything is changed . The new Willow is different. Still sassy and witty but the secrets and lies around her she was dangerous for all the peopel around her. She pissed me off A LOT . I didn't like that she was messing with my favorite characters and her desicions about somethings were frustraing..

She had her reasons and she was scared not only for her life but for many others but that didn't stop me from wanting to slap her a few times. Even when she come with her senses it would be small happiness because not later she would made another bad, reckless desicion..

Despite everything I loved reading about how her relationship with Dash started. It was so cute watching Dash sweating over how to make her his , even with his bad intetions at first. Their feelings were real. They fell hard and fast .. she was ment to fall for him but in the end both of their heart was involved.

“You’re right. You’re a fucking mess.” Her face fell in disappointment. “I’ve never met anyone more perfect."

She never stopped loving Dash even though he broke her heart in high-school. He was still her frist love and no matter how much she wanted to forget him and move on with her life one encounter with him and everything was back where it ends.. their relationship was a mess, a havoc but they couldn't deny the lust between them for so long..

I loved that Dash tried to be the alpha, the boss, the domineering - and he was very good at it , but his nature was to be soft, to be sweet and loving. Enjoyning the slow love making, where they feel the connection between them, when they can feel the love..
Also I loved his nickname for her - Angel . Everytime he said it it was so genuine and sweet.. makes you wanna be his angel!
“Everything I am is only for YOU„

They both had their fears, doubts and angst when it comes to their relationship but after all they both new that they were ment to be together. To have future, to be happy!
After sooo many fights and tears the ending was a little bit rushed for me, because all of this go away-come back and then BAM was a little annoying but I was happy that they pulled their asses out of their heads and did the right things!!!

I looooooved that we met the gang again! I love these people! I miss these people! And of course they didn't disappoint! They made me laughed and swoon and lot and I couldn't hide my smile whenever there were a scene with the little adorbale Kennedy! This kid was hilarious!!!

NOW ABOUT THE ENDING!

WHAT THE HELL, B.B REID??? I DIDN'T SEE THAT COMING!!!!

Why, oh why, you are doing this to us??? I am still furious about it!!!!! Damnnnn!!!

I NEED THE NEXT BOOK! I NEED HEA! I CAN'T WAIT TILL 2016! THIS.IS.TORTURE!!!!

I’m a glutton for punishment when it comes to this series. I kind of hate it, but at the same time, I can’t stop myself from reading it. I thought this book may be a little different, because the author mentions it’s not ‘dark’ like the others, but nah… I still disliked almost everything. The Hero, the heroine, the ridiculous storyline... I wasn’t feelin’ it.

Thumbs UP

I was happy to see Willow and Dash reunited.

I liked the flashbacks to when they first met, because it gave some background to their relationship. I’d always just assumed Dash seduced her and bedded her quickly in high school, but there was much more to it than that.

Dash, while still being crazy possessive and over the top alpha-male, was not as messed up as Keiran or Keenan. He had once felt genuine love for Willow, which made him more of a likable guy than those other two wackos.

Thumbs DOWN

The storyline was ri-goddamn-diculous! Willow’s entry to the story, her mission, the kidnappings, the deaths… I don’t know where to start with how crazy I thought it all was. And why Willow?

I don’t feel that I was given any solid reason for why Willow had up and disappeared four years earlier. To be fair, perhaps I skimmed past it, but I don’t think that’s the case. I’m assuming it was because Lake took off to be with Keiran and she got butthurt? Or was it because her mother demanded she stop seeing Dash? Why all the mystery? It was so fuckin lame.

Everything was just so CONVENIENT!

Willow has officially entered into the ‘dumb bitch’ category with all the other heroine’s in this series. Apparently getting held against her will and bossed around turns her on and turns her brain into mush. She also needed to grow up - what kind of woman is embarrassed by a tampon falling out of their bag? Especially in a kidnapping situation. Isn't that the least of your worries?

I was confused about Buddy. At one point Willow mentioned she hadn’t seen him in six months, then later she said it had been four years. Which was it?

The back and forth between the past and present started to confuse the story for me.

Dash was a douche. He finally got what he wanted, then pushed it all away again. I gave up on him and them as a couple. I just didn’t care.

Final Thoughts

Unbelievably, this series still isn’t over. Apparently not enough drama and shit has gone down in these characters lives, now even more shit is about to hit the fan. I can’t even begin to explain how stupid I find the idea of Lake being a killer is, but you can bet your ass I’ll be back to read all about it. I can’t fuckin help myself, and it sucks.

No offense, I love you Dash, and you were fucking amazing, but that little bitch you knocked up, and are in love with is just that- a little bitch, with shit for brains.

I HATE Willow. She was so dumb, stupidly stubborn, and in general a completely unlikable character. Dash didn't deserve to get stuck with someone as big of a cowardly moron as her.
And can someone please tell me why she ran in the first place 4 years ago? Was that in the book somewhere that I missed? Because in the end I was pretty much just skimming her parts because I found her so frustrating.

But that ending!

PERFECT!

Lots of flashbacks to high school!

The following ratings are out of 5:
Romance: 🖤💙❤️💖
Heat/Steam: 🔥🔥🔥
Story/Plot: 📕📗📘
World building: 🌏🌍🌎🌍
Character development: 😄🙂🥰
Narrator(s): 🎙🎙🎙🎙🎙
Narration type: Dual Narration

The heroine: Willow - she was Lake’s best friend all through high school. When Kieran tormented Lake all those years, Willow stood by Lake’s side, and they planned on going to college together. They did through their freshman year but then Lake switched schools to be closer to Kieran. Willow stayed behind, but when her friends looked for her after not hearing from her for a while, they found she had disappeared.

The Hero: Dash - he was Kieran’s best friend and would do almost anything for him. When Kieran wanted him to get close to Lake’s best friend, he didn’t hesitate to start sleeping with Willow. They were bed buddies and nothing more, but when she left town for college, then disappeared a year later, he wasn’t happy that she wasn’t happy that she was out of his reach. Since then, he has taken over for his father as CEO of his father’s business when his father “retired” early. He is now a successful businessman who is at the top of the world.

The Story: Dash is finalizing an important business deal that will get his father off his back for good and would affect the rest of his life. Part of the deal included marrying Roslyn, the daughter of the owner of the company they were dealing with. Dash hates Roslyn and always has. She was the one who ruined things between him and Willow, who he really wanted despite the beginnings of their relationship.

I have to say, I am getting kind of sick of books with the main storyline being rich people who force their sons and daughters into arranged marriages for business purposes. I just don’t see that happening as often in real life as it seems to in romance novels. Especially in America. This one gets even more unbelievable when Dash’s father tells him if he gives up his best friend, then he can marry whomever he wants.

I don’t know really know if I liked Willow’s reappearance in the lives of Dash and all his friends very much. It seems she had no choice, and her strings were being pulled by someone who was threatening her mother and brother Buddy. I didn’t like the fact that it took so long for Willow’s secret to come out about why she ran away and what happened in her life for the past four years. Plus, why she continued to visit her mother every other month despite the fact that she hated her mother.

This audiobook was told in dual points of view via dual narration and was narrated by Teddy Hamilton and Ava Erickson. These two have narrated the first three books of this series as well and have done a fantastic job. They are two of my favorite narrators and I could listen to book after book with them as narrators.

So I actually finished this book a night ago at 1:17am. I'm still suffering from a TERRIBLE book hangover and so I apologise if this review isn't very fluent or coherent but just bare with me...

I'm not too sure where to start? There's nothing about this book that I didn't love. How the author came up with this storyline and these characters is beyond me but what I do know is that whenever I open and read one of her books, it feels like coming home. This crew feels like family. It's like the super bad-ass Scooby Doo family. Only way, way better.

Now, past the mushy shit and on to serious business.... I FLOVED THIS BOOK SO HARD!!!

Dash is like the smart, business member of the family and usually a lot more sensible and cunning but I loved how I got to see the more impulsive side to him in this book. And let me just say, it was HOT! Like with a capital HOT.

The chemistry between him and Willow was stronger than ever and even after 4 years apart, they came back together just as strong.

Willow is like my new best book friend. I could relate to every emotion she was feeling and she managed to describe and explain them better than I ever could. She was raw, pure and soulful. She had just been in the wrong place at the wrong time and she was a little tainted but beautifully so. I loved everything about her. She was so strong. Her determination. Her willpower. Her attitude. She was freaking badass.

I love how all the characters from the previous books all return and how they fight together as a crew. Keenan (Fucking hilarious), Sheldon (level-headed), Lake (Strong as fuck) and of course, the Dark Prince himself, Kieran. And let's not forget, little Kennedy! I love that cuteness!!!

Every book in this story is a piece of a big, clever puzzle and each instalment holds a roll to the bigger picture. It's not just some mindless romance - in fact, none of these lads are romantic in the slightest. Their cold, brutal and lethal. And I love it!

I could drone on and on, but it's B.B. Reid for crying out loud; she speaks for herself.

And she knows I surrender and hand over my secret chocolate stash to her. Those teasers and cliff hangers at the end kill me every time. But it's sooooo worth it. Like she said, you just need to be FEARLESS! ;)

So yeah... Breaking Love???

It was....

Breaking Love is easy, mending it after four long years is the difficult part. I was anticipating this story from the moment i found out on Fear Me that Willow and Dash were an item in their own weird way. And i was right about those two, because i loved them immensely together, how couldn't i really?

Dash, true to form he was the logical and composed man we already knew from the previous books. Haunted by the ghost of the one who got away, cornered by his own father and still feeling obligated to be there for everyone but himself, until Willow came back knocking him to his ass. That was a true game changer in every way.

The red tornado named Willow storms back in their lives, on Sheldon and Keenan's wedding day in the most unexpected way. Lake is apprehensive towards her, Sheldon is ecstatic hoping that she will finally be with Dash for good, Keiran is unfazed like he already knew something and Keenan is actually the sweetest of the lot.

While everyone is happy with her return, Dash can't stop thinking that there is a sinister reason behind it, but still he can't do anything else but love her. This time she won't be able to run no matter how much she tries. Yes, he has a hiccup to take care of, the fiancee who everyone hates, but she will actually be the least of his problems.

Willow hides too many secrets and carries a hatred inside her very soul. Thrown back to her old life will make for a hell of a story and it will also bring more problems to the surface. Finally we are getting some much needed answers, while so many other questions are popping up, the ongoing arcs will take another turn and the cliffhanger will probably leave you with an open mouth.

THOUGHTS ABOUT THE BOOK

- I hated Rosalyn, such a superficial person.
- Keenan is once again his funny, awesome self. What a relief.
- Keiran and Willow finally put aside their issues and became friends.
- Kennedy is a highlight. I love her so much.
- Their memories are amazing, i loved all the past scenes.
- There is some mystery here, which works out very nicely.
- I still don't trust Sheldon and Dash's parents.
- Dash is dreamy.
- The masturbation sex scene is of the charts hot. Maybe my favorite.
- I loved how they finally got together.

This book picks off shortly after the end of Fear us...sometime before Keenan and Sheldon's weeding (yes you read right...he finally manned up and did the right thing :P)

description

Also the drama from the previous novel follows us here and more pieces of the puzzle are revealed...but one question still remains unanswered: Who is the ultimate nemesis? (Who wants them dead?)

description

Although we don't get the answer to that question yet Willow is back for good because Dash isn't letting her go...even if he has to stoop to kidnaping :P

description

Can't wait for the next and final instalment of this series because I'm dying to know who did it :D

My Baby Dash Chambers is LIVE!!

He is finally here.

The wait is OVER!

So where do I start with this reveiw? See in my mind all I hear is. Dash is SO sexy. Omg I love him. Fuck I want his babies. Ahh DASH IS MINE. DASH DASH DASH DASH that's all I hear nothing else, but I can't write just about how much I love him, so again where do I start?

We finally know here Willow is? I guess I can't start there...

The fact she didn't annoy me once? I actually love her so much, even though she made decisions that some may say what the Fuck did you agree too, I understood them, hell I would of made those decisions myself if I was in her situation. The only mistake she made in my eyes, was not trusting enough. And that was her only downfall.

The storyline? Hmm see I feel I can't say much about that either, because let's just say B.B. REID is very cleaver with how she has weaved this story, a few shocks and twists that I didn't see coming. I'm like hello I need answers, and then I'm like holy shit this is the last book though.. Yes she has mind fucked me.

I honestly loved everything about this book, it wasn't dark but then in the same breath it wasn't vanilla, it was just SEXY... The sexual tension was of the charts I could feel Willow throbbing of the pages, I wanted to be her in those moments. Life can be unfair. I think the only thing for me is I would of liked Dash to have been a bit more dominant in the bedroom, I would of liked to have seen a real aggressive side to him, especially after Lake caught them in the act from the previous books, I expected something a little different to what I got, but that doesn't take away the fact Dash is SEX it's a pure and as simply as that. He does things to me that no man ever has done. God I love him.

B.B. Reid again has out done herself, her writing and storytelling demands you to just sit and read and shut the whole world out. She just continues to grow and grow. I can't wait to see what else she has for us in the future. This lady will always be my one click author.

Breaking Love (Broken Love, #4) by B.B. Reid was great! The backstory.....traces of darkness when it flared, all the backstabbing.....lies, deception, not knowing who to trust; hell yeah was spot on! Loved every exciting page turner! Excellent series without complaint.

*Sigh*
I took a day to ponder my feelings before writing this review. I will probably be in the minority here, but I just couldn't get around a few issues.

***may contain a few SPOILERS***

1. The drama.
The drama was heavy, yet so weak at the same time. It was over-played and over the top. I didn't feel sorry for Willow or Dash through any of it.
Like with the previous book, we get 98% drama and 2% resolution. This does not leave me feeling like their relationship is solid.

2. No one confronts Willow. About ANYTHING
Willow rolls into town -pun intended, and breaks up K&S's wedding. Yet, no one says much about it. I would have expected at least some words from Keenan. It's just kind of no big deal, especially to Sheldon. It's her freaking wedding day for Christ's sake.
And again with the Kieran fiasco.
Seriously? She betrays him and he nearly dies. They come walking down the hospital corridor and no one says a word about it. Not even Lake!!!
Not. A. Word.
And this was after Kieran saves HER stupid a$$ and he takes her out for pizza afterwards.
I'm not even joking here...
And yet again when Dash shows up at her own wedding and sees her in her 'condition.'
Nothing. He should have been pissed.

Feelings needed to be addressed so I could sense her friendship with the group was healing and moving forward.

I can't even go into the whole 'wedding scene' at the end. It was laughable drama. WAY over the top.

3. Willow.
I went into this book knowing she would drive me crazy. I don't do well with heroines who run at every little thing. There was so much running going on with her, she could've won gold in the Olympics.
I read a review that said her friends were distant and should have rallied around her. I don't agree. THIS is what I DID understand. She cut ALL ties for 4 years and shows up out of the blue to wreak havoc.
I didn't like her character in this book. I REALLY tried to feel for her. I LOVED the flash backs. She was so cute in books 1 & 2, but I couldn't bring myself to feel anything at all for her here. Stupid decision after stupid decision left me frustrated with her.
And what she did regarding a 'rescue' , qualified her for the "TSTL" category. And her excuse? " Darn it! The evil lady didn't do what I expected her to! I was only going to mutilate him! I guess I should call out and get captured too. That will definitely work."
Anyways...moving on

4. Dash.
I was so excited to read about Dash. He was the charming, mysterious one of the group. He ended up being a completely flat character. He never stood up for himself EVER. At least not until Willow did it for him. But even with her, he never reacted to the spiteful things she would say. He came off as a complete doormat. Especially after he had to chase after her a third time. I wish he would have made her apologize for some of her stupidity. But then again, no one did.

B. B. Reid has given me books that I LOVE. I've actually read "Fear Me" and "Fear You" over and over again. I loved "Fear Us" as well. I will definitely read the next concluding book about my favorite book couple ever.
Just PLEASE, for the love of Kieran and Lake fans everywhere, keep them strong. I'm crossing my fingers that they develop further together and not digress.

And I'm so over hidden pregnancies. I'm hoping she doesn't go down that road at all....

Dash & Willow will make your heart clench. Loved this!!! After so much mystery we know what has happened to Willow, Lake's best friend who disappeared. She is back and everything's different. Her friends have moved on, Dash has moved on...or hasn't he?
It only takes a look fron Willow and he is back to wanting her as his. He will stop at nothing in order to claim her.
Willow returns to Six Forks with a mission. If she fails, then her family is in danger. Her feelings for Dash are not lost but she cannot forget that she was a pawn in their game. The question is, will she be able to succeed on her mission and avoid having her heart broken again?
I loved that we got to see how this couple got together through flashbacks. I loved that we got the whole gang back together again and I loved how smart the plot was.
The chemistry between Dash and Willow was sizzling and I got to confess that I loved getting a taste of Keiran in this book. Hell, I loved all the characters, not to mention little Kennedy.
If you are a fan of the series you will not be disappointed! Great work. Cannot wait for the final book!!!

OH MY LORD!

description

I have absolutely no words to describe how I am feeling right now. I waited for so long for this book and I cannot thank BB enough for the great story that she gave me for Dash and Willow. I loved the flashback between the past and the present.

description

I don't even know what to talk about. I am still getting my head around what I read last night. I just know that the wait for this book was worth it. Truly amazing.

I will probably come back later on with a review but right now, I am feeling too much to write coherent sentences.

4 - 4,5 Stars!

Well, well... B.B. Reid did it again. Breaking Love was a fantastic book! Gripping from page 1.

I have to say, it would have been a 5 Star book if Willow wouldn't have pissed me the fuck off!

Here we go.

Could contain spoilers if you haven’t read book 1-3

4 years passed since Willow and Dash saw each other.
Willow went MIA when Lake decided, she can’t live without Keiran and changed Colleges.

Dash took over his father’s company and is doing his best to lead the company his way and not the way his father wants him. There is still the arranged marriage thing his father is threatening him with.

Dash’s father has a solution for Dash’s arranged marriage problem, but Dash is not sure if he can make that sacrifice.

On a very special day Willow crashes a party and Dash can’t believe his eyes.
He dose the very first thing every Alpha male would do! Kidnap the girl you are in love with :D

So Willow is staying at Dash’s, but the villains in this story still manage to reach Willow at Dash’s high secure place. And what does Willow do… Right, she doesn’t do shit!
Come on girl! When someone is after you and the people you called ones friends, you say something! At times I couldn’t believe how stupid she acted. I wanted to slap her across the face, hard!

And all the shit she hold against Lake and Keiran. Come on! It's none of your business!

At the end she found back to common sense, but still I couldn’t bring myself to give this book 5 Stars. There was too much unnecessary miscommunication or no communication at all.

The “prank” she went through at the end served her right, for all the shit she made me go through.

Overall a fantastic book! Can’t wait for the last book. The mystery with Willow is solved but there are still so many questions.

5 My Angel stars

Twisted, definately not filled with conventional circumstances or relationships but is it ever in B.B Reid world?.

Dash's courting wasn't exactly the normal way you make a girl swoon, he's domineering, controlling and he takes what he wants like it or not.

Willow:

He placed me in handcuffs brought over Twilight and removed his shirt and shoes.

So Dash's answer to Willow turning him down for a movie night when they were teens was for Dash to handcuff Willow and make her have a date. This was their relationship, this was Dash and Willow.

Willow was a hot headed character who didn't back down, definitely a perfect match for Dash which sparked the fire in this relationship.

From the very beginning of the book we learn, Willow had disappeared for four years, Dash had been unable to find her and as quickly as she had vanished she dramatically turned up again at a wedding, making a grand entrance.

Dash:
"You ran from me for the last four years little girl. It ends here."

Dash wasn't letting her get away again and in true Dash fashion he took her.

A plot full of bends and turns, danger, lies and deceit, hot bedroom action with the most least romantic story there is, but there's love none the less.
So strap yourself in for a dark, dominating, exciting and twisted ride.

Willow:
Wanting Dash was risky. Fucking him was dangerous. Loving him would be a tragedy.

it wasnt bad. i personally didn't really feel the connection between these two. It felt wishy washy to me. add in other fiance and weddings. sort of spoilt the whole romantic picture. I missed the intensity we get between Keiran and Lake. willow spent to long in denial.

I felt that I didn't really know who willow was as a person. She disappeared for 4 years. I didn't really see her family she claims she would kill for etc. I felt that Willow and Dash could have been developed more as a couple. I didn't really feel them grow together more old feeling that have been revived. I wanted more of them as a couple not so glossed over with drama.

I cannot wait for the next book though.

I at least got through this one but barely. Although Dash was a better hero than Kieran, he was still too selfish and everything was still all about him. I very much doubt he would've gone after Willow at the end had her father not interfered and I got sick of how he was always going on about how he would never forgive her. But what about all the shit she had to forgive him for??!

And this book just proved once again how Kieran is still a fucking waste of space and Lake is just pathetic. Willow was the only thing I liked about this book. I wish the author would let her have a decent life and start over somewhere new without all those toxic people in her life.

I couldn't wait to read the story of Willow and Dash. Although they paled against Keiran (this man is consuming ❤), I wanted them to get their happy ending. I liked the book, but somehow I wanted something different for Dash and Willow. Still the ending... really? I didn't see that! О.о

"A conqueror doesn't ask for permission."

The Broken Love series is just one of those that sucks you in to its crazy vortex. The characters are real, the story lines twist and turn and you just keep waiting for your next fix. Breaking Love is the newest installment and I have been waiting for Willow and Dash's story. Not to mention I kept wondering where in the hell has Willow Waters been for the last four years? Well, that question doesn't get answered until almost the end of the book.

Dash recently took over his family's dynasty from his father. Although his father is still interfering and trying to call the shots. It seems that Dash is just on the verge of a merger of his own. I thought we saw the last of Roslyn and her pathetic attempts to get her evil claws into Dash but it seems she's back! Agghh! Cue the evil witch music.

It's Sheldon and Keenan's big day and guess who's coming? By way of being thrown out the back of a moving van, Willow makes her dramatic appearance. She offers no explanations for where she has been and Dash is trying to keep it together. She seems changed and almost bland in her appearance.

A broken heart had done what eighteen years of scolding and parental control couldn't. It normalized me.

It's obvious she is here for some purpose and she is hiding secrets. He is slowly getting involved in the intrigue that surrounds her. He may tell himself that he is trying to get to the bottom of things but who is he kidding? This is the woman he has been looking for for the last four years and now that she is here, he wants answers. But can Willow move past her insecurities and let him in?

Wanting Dash was risky. Fucking him was dangerous. Loving him would be a tragedy.

This wouldn't be a BB Reid story if there wasn't a villain or two thrown in. I thought Mitch, Arthur and Mario were rotten to the core, but it seems there's a new player in town and this one road in on the crazy train. How is she connected to Willow? Is she behind Kennedy's kidnapping? How about Mitch and John's deaths? Oh, lots of questions to be answered.

My beloved Keiran and Lake are still running amok and lusting after one another. Sheldon and Keenan are fairly settled (as if Keenan could ever settle down!) and Kennedy steals the show. That kid is just a cute ice cream cone covered in pink sprinkles. She has just the right amount of dialogue without bordering on the obnoxious. Some authors make the story center around the kids and it's too much, but Ms. Reid has the perfect amount of balance with this Masters offspring. She's as full of mischief as her father and as gorgeous as her mom.

"So you did."
It took half the Saturday to fix and clean the destruction Kennedy had caused. I dubbed it the Great Flood of Ken.

Can Willow and Dash ever find their way back to one another? Have there been other lovers in between and were they significant enough to blur what they once had with each other? What secrets is Willow hiding and what will the fall out be for every one else in the story?

It always starts with a kiss. So innocent and simple without promise or committment.

The characters in this series are so strong, even the secondary ones, that there is so much material that I hope there are more installments to come. Don't look for all your questions to be answered and tied up in pretty little pastel bows. You know the way Ms. Reid and her twisted mind works. There's a path of crumbs that she's dropped and we have to follow that winding trail until she wants us to find our answers! She's not going to give up that info until she's good and ready. In the meantime, I'll just keep lapping up every book like a kitten with a saucer of sweet cream!

"For some insane fucking reason, I crave you. I want you more than I've ever wanted anything or anyone."

The anticipation to read this book was all consuming. From beginning to end, B.B. Reid does nothing but shock you.

Dash Chambers. This man is elegant, confident, gorgeous, powerful, and arrogant. He has a beautiful soul, but he's been wounded. The relationship he has with his father has always been rocky, especially when it came to whom Dash fell in love with. Add in the fact he's been living in his father's shadow, fighting to make him proud as he tries to escape his clutches at the same time, and the road gets even more bumpy. After all, he wants to be his own person and he won't roll over easily.

Willow Waters.. She's grown so much, even though she's no longer that gangly nerdy girl. She's been hit back to back, first with her best friend choosing the man over her whose done nothing but degrade her, and then finding out she meant nothing to the boy she fell in love with. I mean he already had plans of marrying someone else. Someone who wasn't HER!! If that doesn't turn a woman's soul dark then I don't know what will!! So of course, Willow's sudden return brings back desire, attraction, AND frustration... but we knew essentially that Willow's return would cause havoc!

Overall, this book will take you through a maze of twists and turns, not knowing what you will find at each corner, or even more so who you can trust as B.B. Reid tests the limits of breaking love .

PS: That teaser at the end... OMFG!!! GIVE. IT. TO. ME. NOW!!! #MESS

Finished this last night. This was by far the best book in the series. The H was utterly obsessed with the h. I loved how he fell in love with her when they were in college. Watching that was great. My least favorite parts of this book was Keiran. I still think of him as a psycho. What he did to Lake was unforgivable and the fact that now they are a couple makes me ill. There has to be something seriously wrong with Lake for loving someone who tortured her for years and threatened to kill her family. I just don't understand that relationship. Keenan was also really bad to Sheldon and I don't know why they are a couple. He cheated on her all the time and when she finally had enough, he resented her for leaving. I only read a little bit of their book and the Keenan was awful. How could abuse mean love to these women? I'm not sure if I will read the next book. The story about who is killing people is being dragged on way too long. Plus, the villain in this story was so unrealistic. No matter how much security the h had, the villain was easily able to bypass it. The fact that the villain used the h to do her dirty work was too much like the last book and just poor story telling. The couple in this book were the only good apart. I wish the author would write more stories with couples like them. The H was amazingly possessive and obsessive without any of that dark romance garbage where there is threatening and abuse.

I was so excited to dive in to Dash and Willow's story. This book was full of mystery from page one, not giving anything away till the end and the suspense that goes to the next book is great.
I didn't get disappoint by reading this book and I'm sure no one will.

****4 The harder we fight, the harder we fall Stars ****

Dasher Chambers Aka Dash
description
"I wore suits like a power play, whether it was for pussy or money. The suit spoke volumes so I didn't have to."

Poor little Rich boy, now a man running his father's empire and his legacy, Kieran's best friend and Sheldon's twin older by 12 minutes. He's probably the sanest of the lot and the anchor of the gang. He's not seen nor heard from Willow, the girl he was meant to seduce in the process to ruin Lake, them being best friends. However, he did not expect to fall for the curvy, crazy redhead along the way. The book takes us to Keenan & Sheldon's Wedding day, 4 years after the disappearance of Willow when suddenly she is thrown out of a van in front of the Chamber's Mansion during the event...

Willow Waters aka Angel
description
"Anthing you can do, I can do better Dasher.. Maybe it's me who is seducing you"

Coming from a very ordinary family, Willow had aspirations to be a fashion designer with her quirky sense of fashion that was different and unique to her. 4 years ago, she was Lake's strength and best friend, that was before she was chosen over for the boyfriend, Keiran who she deemed unworthy of such devotion & loyalty considering all the trauma he put Lake through.

But things & people have changed within those 4 years and even when she wanted to stay away and hidden from people she once called friends, she is blackmailed and forced to once again face them and participate in an assassination of one of them.

She is stuck between a rock & a hard place... Family or Friends? The other dilemma is in meeting the man who betrayed her. How can she face the man who's love & attraction for her was proven a lie from the very beginning?
After everything that has happen to her, she is a bit lost & carry trust issues..
"Give me one good reason why you want me, Dash. I'm ten pounds overweight, my hair looks like the wild kingdom gone wilder, I'm a penny below poor and according to the rest of the world, I'm colorblind."

Yes, she is insecure, but being the strong kickass heroine that she is, she covers it well with her quirky, sassy personality..

"There isn't anything about you I don't like. My feelings for you are nothing short of an Addiction.

Everything I am is only for you."

And that is Dash for her..

That does not mean, he lets her off easy. We see a different side to Dasher, a matured business man trying to prove himself to Asshat of a father & himself & taking the role of Keiran's like Alpha maleness to train & keep his woman although his approach is more subtle and gentlemanly, which yet again got me swooning for him all over again. *sigh*

That's not all, there's confrontations, betrayal, mistrust, loyalties questioned, hot rough sex, family drama and more questions that is sure to keep your eyeballs rolling until the series finale Fearless makes an appearance in April 2016 which should answer all our questions and can't come soon enough.

Kudos for B.B. Reid for taking us on yet another epic journey through Kieran & his gang, staying true to their personalities & values. At times I found Willows insecurities annoying but not overly so. But Dash came out strong in professing his love to her and that was enduring.

But the goddamn semi ending got me all riled up gearing to a massive sob..!!??????????
