Jade Jones discovered her passion for creative writing in elementary school. Born in 1989, she began writing short stories and poetry as an outlet. Later on, as a teen, she led a troubled life which later resulted in her becoming a ward of the court. Jade fell in love with the art and used storytelling as a means of venting during her tumultuous times.
Aging out of the system two years later, she was thrust into the dismal world of homelessness. Desperate, and with limited income, Jade began dancing full time at the tender age of eighteen. It wasn't until Fall of 2008 when she finally caught her break after being accepted into Cleveland State University. There, Jade lived on campus and majored in Film and Television. Now, six years later, she flourishes from her childhood dream of becoming a bestselling author. Since then she has written the best-selling "Cameron" series.
Quite suitably, she uses her life's experiences to create captivating characters and story lines. Jade currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia. With no children, she spends her leisure shopping and traveling. She says that seeing new faces, meeting new people, and experiencing diverse cultures fuels her creativity. The stories are generated in her heart, the craft is practiced in her mind, and she expresses her passion through ink.
Wow, what an action packed, well written ending to this series. I was entertained and on the edge of my seat the entire time. Jade really wrote her @#$%^ off for this one.
THat being said...#JadeJones step in my office please... How you gone make me fall in love with #JuicyandRico and then throw that type of ending in there? #icant I'm still in my feelings... Please tell me Juicy will have a follow up book or something...
To me the finale fell short compared to how part 6's cliffhanger left me on edge. Here we find Cameron held by Jag's cruel and evil filled grasp. Nonetheless, Cameron never gives up hope and continues to persevere despite the abuse dealt by Jag. She has to remain strong if she wants to reunite with her one and only true love, Jude. Meanwhile, Jude is sorely missing Cameron and his family. This dark period will force Jude to recognize what's important in life and not to take our loved ones for granted. Even the secondary characters are going through their own hardships. Roxie and Magyc can't seem to make any serious headway in their relationship due to his philandering ways. Juicy thinks she finds love and commitment in the arms of the smooth talking Rico , only to find herself in the worst predicament ever. Well read and find out what is in store for all these characters when it comes to finding and keeping love. These were my reasons for my generous three star review. One, the abuse, I felt Cameron has suffered enough. Two, at times it seemed the author didn't know what direction to take with the book. Three, there were loose ends that weren't connected since the story line was so scattered. Four, the overuse of medical jargon in the book. Five, editing issues along the way. To be honest, I'm glad the series came to an end because it would definitely be hard to resuscitate it.
This series was totally off the chain. Not one boring book in the bunch. Hate to see it come to an end but such is life. On to reading other books by this dynamic author. Happy New Year, everyone!
This is a 5 Star rating because of Juicy and Rico, And Jag starring as the Boogie Man. The suspense, drama, action packed events were awesome. I enjoyed Juicy and Rico’s path to dysfunction, and how he turned out to be her downfall. Jag was just scary. He made me say simple prayers throughout the day to prevent bedtime nightmares. Jude irritated me so much. He kept saying he’d keep Cameron safe but never could keep his promises. Dude, you’re a simp with a gun. Cameron and Jude held too many secrets from each other. Tell the truth!!!
Y’all know I’m a Jade Jones fan. I got a lot of her books from being in her group but she is one of the authors that I’d use my Amazon credit on anytime and I have.
I listened to the Cameron Series books 1-8 on Audible. I really enjoyed watching Cameron and Jude amongst other characters in the book grow from teenager to adults with kids of their own.
Like any other relationship they went through up’s and downs. Illegal business, strip clubs, murder, side chicks, backstabbing, jealous friends and more. If you’re a lover of urban fiction this is a ride you might want to take.
This whole series was off the hook. I really enjoyed all 7 books. That's really messed up what happened to Juicy like dam all them years for someone else's doing. What a shame. I hope something bad happens to Rico and those trifling girls. I'm sad that Roxie and Magic broke up but I'm happy she walked away from his cheating ass. I'm happy Jude and Cameron worked out and everyone is safe and sound. Jag got exactly what he deserves, dam what a sick man. Must Read.
I want to give a high five on this one but I had me all over the place. you had me wondering what happen you don't say, like when Cameron got attack in the Wal-Mart parking lot. You her friend Roxie was watch the kids. Ok then you not say what happen when she got home. Then you went to Roxie been out to dinner. It was more I just not going to go into it. But I still enjoy reading it.
I’m happy Cam and Jude are away from all the drama. They’re in a happy place in there little paradise with their children. Roxie bossed and found her worth. It’s just something about Kwon tho. Let’s see what it is. Damn Juicy girl, your friend tried to tell you now you got 30 years lord. I hope it works out for her. She really wasn’t that bad but this is definitely why it’s so important to watch the company you keep.
Cameron & Jude went through it all, they relationship has been tested and tried by fire but still they survived. As for Juicy she was how many women are, tired of hoping for true love and companionship that we settled but too bad it’s a regret she will remember for the rest of her life. I’m on to the finale of the Cameron series.
I didn't think that dang Jag was ever gonna die.. Poor Juicy got the raw end of the deal but you live and learn. I actually hope Majyc and Roxi will make it.. I've read all 7 books including the 2 in between in 5 days. Now on to the next part of the series..
This was a good book. I can't believe he did that to Juicy but she should have known better. I hope Roxie find what she's looking for. Cameron and Jude deserved their happy ending. I wanna know what's gonna happen with the baby.
I think this by far was the b at Cameron book. This book was action packed and the story line was good. I still think the series in a whole ahold have ended at book 2. Books 3-7 could have been a completely different series of their own. But over all a good book.
Not a fan of Cameron 7: The Finale. Characters haven't grown or developed not one iota. It was totally rushed. Plus, there is a Cameron Book 8 and Book 9 out now?!
Dudes and Dudettes this da dodo .com 🤣 Y'all this is soooo good..it's like everything is so right with writing..Po Cam and Jude...life is full for them
Loved it! I can't believe what happened to Juicy I knew Rico was bad news all them years she gonna do smh she should have listened I glad Jag is finally gone I got tired of him

This finale was good. Not as good as part six but it was still good. I for one am sooo glad this series is over. This couple is the most stressful couple ever. LOL. I've never been a fan of Cameron. You might say I hate her guts, but in this finale, I can say that I respect her now. She finally grew up. It took her seven books and two novellas to finally act like a respectable woman and not some naive slut who allowed people to take advantage of her. My boy Jude, did his thing. He fought for his family. And I was really glad with his decision in the end. He knew what he needed to do because that life only brought him trouble and heartache. I really didn't think it was possible for those two to every get on the same page, but they did it. Jag and his sister showed out. They both were crazy. In the earlier books of this series, Jade did a masterful job in painting Jag as the Knight in shining armour. He was Cameron's white knight. Her rescuer. Some of her readers fell for it. They jumped on his bandwagon real quick. Now look what happened. How do you feel about your white knight now? No one took the time to think that all the things that were happening to Cameron were because of the decisions she made. Roxie and Magyc, I don't even know what to say. Magyc just can't seem to get it right. He's not ready. I don't blame Roxie for moving on. I'm just not sold on who she may be moving on with. This dude Kwon is already starting off telling lies, so how good of an option can he be? Poor Juicy. I actually really like her but she is always looking to hook up with a Boss but she definitely bit off more than she can chew. This can't be the end for her. That was so unexpected. I did not see that coming. I feel a spin off coming. All I ask is that Jade give us some time to catch our breath. This series....WHEW!!!
Yes, I was team Jude and Cameron all the way! I'm so glad that love conquered all. This series really shows what marriage is all about... the trials and tribulations are there, but it's up to both people to want it, and work towards it.
Juicy ended up getting screwed in the end. She was truly naive, when it came to Rico, and she definitely end up paying the price. It really upset me... she didn't deserve that. She was blindsided, and caught off guard by it all. There were plenty of red signs, but she never paid attention to it
Magyc ended up messing up the best thing he ever had, screwing everything with a hole. He took Roxie for granted, in believing that she would always be there. After all the damage that he caused, he never was man enough to admit to any wrongdoings. He wanted to have his cake, and eat it too, but when a woman's fed up, there's not anything else you can do about it. He made his bed hard, now he has to lay in it.
Cameron was a really good series, but there should be a new editor. After the second book, there isn't any excuse on missing words, misplaced words, and that level of punctuation, it's completely unacceptable, however, the characters in the book, had me going through the motions, and the plot was everything...Ms. Jade Jones, you are great at what you do, but please get a new editor! I look forward to reading more of your books, and thank you.

"Cameron 7: The Finale" by Jade Jones
My Thoughts...
All I can say is that author really knows how to bring a series to a perfect close. Well done is all that is left for me to say about this wonderfully written story of Cameron and Jude. Now, so complete the story the readers from Roxie, Magyc, Michael, Juicy [Diane], Tara, Jag, Alessia, Rico, Kwon [and I am sure I have left someone out] giving the readers one interesting series read! e There are seven in this series and this was the last one and I would definitely suggest if you haven't read the other six...do so to really understand it all! Be ready for a little bit of it all from love, killings, betrayals, steamy hot sex, fighting, and so much more before well... I will stop here and say to get it this wonderful 'Cameron 7' to see how well this author brings out this ending so well to her readers. Would I recommend this series? YES!
Man ole man what a great ending to a great series...Cameron and Jude has been through the ringer during the whole series from the up's and down to the high and lows..but I'm soooo freaking happy that everything worked out for them and they had a happily ever after...I really wish magyc and roxie could've made it even though it's his own fault I just wished they could've worked it out...poor poor Juicy now that was messed up what happened to her Rico didn't have to do her like that geeeesh... Great job as always ms Jade #youarethebomb
Cameron 7-Finale I thought this was a well written finale with great closure. Jag was a monster. Positive growth in the characters-especially Cameron made this entire series an enjoyable read. The thorough storyline, page turning action & interesting content helped keep this as 1 of my favorite series! Great job Jade!
Finally a happy ending so I think! I can't help but think that the drama never ends...I loved reading about Jude & Cam's growth. They have truly come such a long way. I enjoyed the other characters as well. Poor Juicy, I feel so bad for her!!! I hope she gets out that jam & Lil Roxie should tread lightly as well!
I Have to say by far the bests series's I have read to grow up with each character especially Cameron it's like you were living with them this is a musssst read if u haven't read it yet love the ending poor juicy
