I had the opportunity to meet Jason at a Mastermind on Friday, July 15th. It was a pleasure visiting with him and sharing ideas. I was also fortunate to receive a copy of this book.
I read FOCUS the very next day and I couldn't put it down.
Jason gives a candid look into his youth and the drivers of what made him who he is today. The story is moving and it's likely similar to many of our stories, except Jason didn't let his circumstances determine his fate.
Jason took his life experience and made it motivation to serve others. Jason, through specific examples and a detailed roadmap, provides us the path of finding our source of strength and helps us overcome our insecurities.
I'm very grateful to have crossed paths with Jason and I've found this book to be of great value, as I'm certain it will be to anyone that has the pleasure of reading it. You've given a great gift to the world Jason and I'm thankful to have had the honor and pleasure of meeting you in person. I look forward to seeing what we will accomplish via our group and our servant-leadership mentality.
This was my second time reading this book and I loved it as much as the first! Highly recommend for anyone starting something new (school, a job, etc.) or for those needing some inspiration. The book is a super quick read and includes several prompts to get you thinking/making decisions for yourself.
Personal Takeaway: Your future is in your hands. “We owe it to ourselves to take action to get what we want.” 🤍
2/17/25: Just read this book for the third time and again, loved it just as much as the other times! It was so special seeing how my entries/responses have changed over the years, and I am filled with new inspiration to continue chasing my dreams in 2025 and beyond. My original “five year plan” that I wrote out the first time I read this book is coming to a close in about a year and a half, so I am super excited to check in again then to see how things play out for me. 🤍
