My full name is E.N. (Edmund Nathaniel) Richardson (called Ned) and I was born in New York.
Growing up with very loving and caring parents and with my younger sister Catherine (called Caty), my family was quite poor and struggled with several financial setbacks.
Only 13 years old, I had a vision for my life. Or should I say an escape plan? I knew, decided, that one day I would be able to help my parents out financially and develop a better future for my own family. At this age one of my teachers gave me a book - and this book simply CHANGED MY LIFE!
It was a book about self help and positive thinking and the effect and great impact that 'thinking the right way' can have on your self-development and future. From this point until today I was addicted to the idea of improving my skills: "Change and better Yourself - and your Surroundings and Future will change Likewise!" is the essence of this way of thinking.
35 years later, quite successful in my job with a wife and a 14 year old son, I decided that it would be great to share all the knowledge and experience I gained over the years, to help others. Through my years as a passionate reader, excellent speaker and powerful communicator I never stopped on the journey of self improvement. Now my passion has changed; focusing on helping others to develop their skills - is kind of my new addiction.
