Read this if you...

... don't know how Google (err Bing) works.
... enjoy reading technical documentation.
... need a quick reference book for Windows 10.

You could probably name this book 'Windows 10 - The Technical Manual' and that would hit very close to home. Windows 10 Inside Out gives you an overview of all features of Windows 10 and explains what every setting does... wait, what? Like a manual? Exactly! And don't we love reading those!

This book includes the 'Current Book Service' which means you can get (free) updates for this book online. This is quite important since Windows 10 has evolved a lot since the book was first released in 2016. A new and updated version of the book is going to be released later this year (2018) so you may want to wait for the updated version to get a more current overview of Microsoft's service-based OS.

Technical documentation can often be a 'dry' read and this is no exception. I did not appreciate the strictly technical style and will most likely stay away from other books by this author (no offense). This IS a matter of preference, however.

this book is very basic and bit useless for who has already a grasp of windows OS. also it's written strictly as a technical book, not so engaging.
