The book is very concise and practical, I wish I had read it before I tried my first mobbing. It contains anything you might beed if you want to try mobbing or facilitate a mob session.

A good introduction into Mob Programming. Maaret explains all the important parts so that you can start with your own first Mob. I especially liked the section on common problems and how you can recover from them.

This short little guidebook is an amazing collection of tips and things to avoid when starting with mob programming or when you are already a seasoned facilitator or trainer for mob programming.

Book is constantly evolving, but chapters so far illustrated the practices of mob programming in accurate manner. To the point!
