The first step in solving a problem is recognizing there’s one to begin with. Here’s mine. My new roommate is a conceited, womanizing jerk. He pushes my buttons and drives me so crazy I want to strangle him daily.
There’s a million reasons why I should stay far away from him, the most obvious of which being that I hate him with the fire of a thousand suns.
Except that I don’t hate him.
It's a reckless game we're playing, treading the edge of an attraction so intense it might as well be a grenade.

Title: Enamor
Series: A Hearts of Stone Novel
Author: Veronica Larsen
Release date: 19th November, 2015
Cliffhanger: No
HEA:

Recent events have left Julia feeling uncharacteristically vulnerable. Unable to count on the support of her family at a hugely difficult time for her, moving into into a new home is exactly what she needs to gain independence and perspective.

Further complication and distraction is the last thing she is looking for but the first thing she finds in fellow roommate Giles. Their first incidental meeting leaves a bitter taste in her so it's much to her chagrin to discover Giles in the third mystery roommate.

What ensues is a fantastic enemies to friends to lovers story. There's something about this trope that gives me endless entertainment. Giles easily tightens Julia's highly strung strings but our hardly shy and retiring Julia retaliates accordingly with hilarious results, until a truce is called and a friendship develops.

It's not long before feelings blossom but it's Giles' insecurities which prevent further growth. Giles' character highlights one of the things I love most about Veronica's writing, there is much more hidden depth than expected.

At this point I think it's impossible not to adore something Veronica Larsen has written. Each novel in the Hearts of Stone Series has had such depth when it comes to writing and story development, it truly is a pleasure to enjoy. Enamor is a great addition to what already is a fantastic series.

4 tangled up in me stars. Ah, Enamor is such a well written emotional story. It really traps you within its world and doesn't release you until you've finished reading. The love is natural, easy, and more like breathing than falling in love. My favorite moment is when Giles attempts to explain.

"You grew into me, tangled yourself up in me, and now I can't tell where I end and you begin."

Backtracking a bit, Giles and Julia have an interesting first meeting that only serves to create a bad impression of Giles. Once Julia realizes she'll be living with Giles and his cousin she makes it her mission to avoid him like the plague. He's too good looking and over confident, plus he's a bit of a manwhore.

Giles enjoys riling up Julia which leads to a prank war between the two. He knows he's good looking and chooses to go through women, love 'em and leave 'em, because it makes his life just a bit easier. He doesn't want complicated, a relationship, or anything. He just wants to get through everything and help out his family.

One night of Giles and Julia talking and sleeping together, just sleeping, in Giles's room turns into a habit that neither can knock. They talk about everything and anything and find comfort in sleeping in the same bed. Neither want to acknowledge their relationship has shifted and neither know what to even begin to label it. Eventually, other feelings take hold and they begin to add the physical aspect to the mix which further complicates things. The two tangle up into one another so deep that there's no more in between, just all or nothing.

"The heart doesn't ask for permission and it doesn't check for boundaries. It's selfish and reckless, just wanting and demanding, consequences be damned."

From the first page to last, this heart-warming, line-crossing, frenemies romance kept me glued to my kindle until the last page was consumed.

This story was quite the journey. Veronica Larsen made me suffer, oh boy did she torture me. I didn't think the pages were going to be enough for Julia & Giles, frustration was making me feel edgy, and my heart was pumping so hard I thought I was going to collapse, but then she gave me what I wanted. She managed to do an ah-mazing job wrapping it all up and creating the perfect ending. That baseball game scene, have mercy, I cried and cried... I fucking loved it.

With Enamor, the author mastered weaving romance with sexy banter while integrating a touching storyline that tugged at my heartstrings. This is a story that will steal your heart and set your panties on fire.

Enemies to lovers romances are one of my ultimate weakness, and this has become one of my favorites. A compelling story about friendship, loss, and love that took my emotions on a beautiful journey. Worth every tear, laugh, and clench of the heart I experienced.

This was not my first Veronica Larsen, but I can already say without a doubt that this one is my favorite and from now on, I'm gonna read whatever she writes.

"We've been playing with fire. And tonight? The tiny match we've been fooling with just set off an explosion."

I can't even count how many reasons I have for loving this book. The story was amazing, the pacing was amazing, the characters were AMAZING, the sexual tension was amazing. Everything was amazing. Everything. There wasn't one damn thing that I didn't like about this book. Not. One.

First of all, Enamor is funny. I was sitting in the doctor's office with our boys, waiting for their appointment and I pulled my Kindle out to read. So I'm just chugging along and I get to this one scene ... it made me laugh out loud. Now, I'm not talking about a little chuckle ... I'm talking about that loud and obnoxious, explosion type of laughter. The doctor's office waiting room was absolutely silent before "The Incident" and within .289 nanoseconds, I had 20 pairs of eyes looking at me like I had just started meowing and rubbing my face on the dude next to me. All I could do was shrug and mumble that I'm reading a great book. I was a bit mortified but it didn't matter a moment later because I was immersed back into the book and all was well.

Julia and Giles ... man, do I love these characters. Julia is this strong and snarky woman with a truckload of moxie to back her up. Watching her power through all of the things in her life and take no prisoners ... it was awesome. Talk about taking the bull by the horns ... she's who I would love to be when I grow up. And Giles. Giles is this absolutely adorable smart-ass who is ornery as hell and a cocky bastard to boot. And the two of them together?!? Shit. It was magical. There was this sexual tension surrounding Julia and Giles that you could practically feel buzzing in the air when they were together. I almost got a set of blue balls from just reading this damn book and I don't even have a set of my own! I just couldn't get enough of either of them and I was PISSED that this book wasn't 700 pages or so because I would have read it all in a day.

Since the characters were unforgettable, it's not a stretch to say that the plot of Enamor was as well. This is a book that I'll be rereading in the near future and I've already started telling people I know that they either read it or we aren't friends anymore. I need to get my hands on Larsen's other books because if they are even half as amazing as Enamor, they will be a 5 star book in my mind. Great reading experience and a great way to spend a day!

The heart doesn't ask for permission and it doesn't check for boundaries. It's selfish and reckless, just wanting and demanding, consequences be damned.

As you can see from my rating, I really enjoyed this book. It was funny and sexy, with just the right amount of angst and steam.
Julia and Giles are both broken-hearted. Both of them were betrayed by the people they thought they loved, they've only handled it very differently. While Giles does his best to forget about his heartache by partying and sleeping around, Julia has sworn off men and sex entirely. So it's just their luck that they would end up as roommates. Sparks fly, but only Giles is intent on acting on the undeniable attraction between them - Julia knows his type, after all, and that she has to stay away from him. Not so easy, though, when you share an apartment with the person you're trying to avoid.

So the first half of the book was basically a much more enjoyable version of On Dublin Street by Samantha Young, with actually likable characters and a lot less elitism. I loved how Julia and Giles's relationship developed from something like love-hate to a genuine friendship to more. Their banter was hilarious, as was their prank war that reminded me so much of the one in Colleen Hoover's Maybe Someday.
Julia was a very proud and headstrong character, and I loved her for it. She didn't take anyone's crap, especially Giles's.
Giles was an ass. You know, one of those guys who take great pleasure in constantly yanking chains. And I still adored him. He was blatantly honest with himself and those around him, always speaking his mind and doing what he wanted.
Though there wasn't much sex in this book, I found it incredibly sexy. There was so much tension, so much palpable chemistry between those characters. Whew.
Giles and I don't talk about it, but there's an energy between us, constantly licking and crackling and threatening to pull us across the point of no return. We try to pretend it's not there, we talk easily and laugh as if we don't have a care in the world, but there's no denying the heat we generate anytime we're near each other.

This book has one of my all time favorite confront-the-ex scenes, too. You go, girl!

Enamor is a light, sweet and funny NA romance and definitely recommended.

I loved, loved, LOVED this book. Definitely Ms. Larsen's best work so far. I've always been a fan of her witty banter, her strong heroines, and gorgeous writing, but this one is on a whole new level. Be warned, once you start reading you won't be able to stop. Julia and Giles story is refreshing, mature, hilarious, sexy, and so goddamn sweet, it melted my heart.

This is angst done right, sexy times that leave you breathless, and new adult at its finest.

4.5 Stars!

What I adore about this author's writing style is the absence of repetition and redundancy in her romance novels. Veronica Larsen's writing style has grown tremendously from her debut novel, Entangle, which is followed by the heroine's younger sister's story in Entice, and in spite of her soon-to-be released novel being a somewhat prequel; Enamor can stand on its own and definitely outdid its predecessors.

[In this novel] Larsen takes us through her own take of a fun yet blazing "How I Met Your Mother" story with Julia and Giles (introduced as Alex's couple friends in Entangle), from frenemies truces to best friends falling in love. A common story plot it may be but Veronica Larsen's takes you deeper through an emotional roller coaster from Julia and Giles's stories as individuals to the progression of their relationship.
"It's the worst kind of torture, realizing you're hopelessly in love with your best friend."
Julia—just like the rest of the ladies of the Hearts of Stone series—is a strong heroine. She's a feisty one but her fierceness is perfectly balance with a massive vulnerability which gives her so much depth, a perfect fit for Giles—both lost souls, in need of patching up. They're both headstrong characters that appear to clash head on at first, however, in spite of their rocky beginning, the chemistry between [Julia and Giles] is definitely undeniable, even though these two hated each other's guts from the moment they first met.

Who'd have thought that the person who infuriated you so much was the person fall in love with in the end?
"You do realize I hate you..."
"I know."
"I'd strangle you if I had the energy."
"I don't doubt it."
Don't get me wrong, this book is not full on emotional drama. Sure, there's a whole lot of steamy, sexy, and a deep level of angst, but what I enjoyed the most is the friendship that bloomed between the two, which, as funny as it sounds, stemmed from their distaste of one another. The dynamic between Julia and Giles is incredible, especially during their 'frenemies' phase as they try to drive each other crazy with their hilarious antics, and ridiculous tricks and schemes that will leave you giggle snorting.
"Love does make you stupid, [...] but it's the good kind of stupid. [...] It's naive and a little crazy. But it feels so damn good."
Veronica Larsen definitely outdid herself (and a lot other New Adult books) with Enamor. It's a lighter feel from her previous works, but it doesn't stray too far from her usual style. [Enamor], by far, is the best book this author has ever written. It's a beautiful, heartwarming, emotional, and hilarious best friends to lovers romance that will make your heart clench and soar. Let's not forget the giggle snorting and will also probably give you diabetes from the sweetness overload.

Just make sure you've got some medication ready. Hah!

The thing about Enamor is that, if you see the cover without reading the blurb first, the impression you get from it is of a very erotic story. But what you get is 95% opposite. Only the 5% of it is erotic and steamy while the rest of, it is unbelievably hilarious, entertaining and flirting. And this result is just amazing….

A story and a couple that captivates you from the start. Julia and Giles’s relationship evolution is definitely something to be hold. At first, they supposed to be just roommates, and maybe even a bit of friends. After, they became enemies in a prank-war which was so damn perfect that I didn’t stop crying from laughter at all for the most part. Just couldn’t. And then, they became lovers and, without admitting it, something more. That’s the moment where the book put aside the hilarious tone it had until then, and starts going down a road full of feelings. And you can’t help but follow its lead.

Hooking up gives me something to look forward for a few hours. But being around Julia is something I’ve been looking forward to every single day. Consistently, effortlessly.

The prank war between them is, also, something of this story that becomes immediately unforgettable. Just one more time I was laughing so hard with a book. Everything about their war was causing me unstoppable laughter and, most of the time, surprise, shock and admiration. And why is that? Because the ways with which they tried to get to each other, combined with the high levels of testosterone, lust and feelings they had for each other, were pretty awesome. I’m dying to tell you a few examples of what they had figured out each time but I really don’t want to spoil it. So, no prank-war spoil alerts!

“We’ve entered a new stage of this war, Julia”, he says in a low voice.
“Oh”, I taunt, with a fake shiver, “I’m scared.”
He takes slow steps toward me without breaking eye contact. His gaze is so intent, it offsets my regular breathing rhythm.

Once again, Veronica Larsen is a first-time read for me and I start to realize that I really really like meeting new authors and read their works. Veronica is definitely one of those that won me instantly because the way she was unfolding the story and could alternate between lots of emoions without losing something in the process, was amazing and admiring. She wrote an incredible love story that I will love forever and, certainly, re-reading lots of times in the future.

So, I recommend it to all of you that haven’t read it and encourage you to give it a try. I think you’ll be surprised, as I was, with the loveliness of it.

The love in this book? It sneaks up on you. It comes out of nowhere and spreads everywhere. It’s the kind of all consuming, barrier breaking, heart warming, skin heating, line crossing love that exploded my heart and scattered my emotions.

Giles and Julia have a love/hate friendship that turns into a love/love friendship that turns into so.much.more. The banter and prank war between them was hilarious, but what really got me was how both of them changed so much in such definable ways by each other without either of them really knowing it.

They each have histories that make them insecure – but Julia isn’t going down without a fight. I absolutely loved the fire and spark within her. She’s exactly the kind of heroine I love: sassy, smart, and seriously silly. Julia’s been drug through the flames of a public humiliation that would have the strongest women cowering, but she’s determined to rise above the ashes of her life. She’s one of those women whose true strength is forged by heat. AND I LOVED HER.

Giles is a current manwhore whose curved grin drops panties without effort. There’s something about the look in Julia’s eyes that draws him in, makes him forget everything that tortures him – everything he’s trying to escape. But by letting her in to the darkest parts of his soul, he didn’t realize that she would fill those spots in a way that no one else ever has.

His struggle to believe in something permanent is beautifully believable and wonderfully worrisome. As the line between them keeps shifting, the tension and heat keeps growing. Their intimacy is this gorgeous gift that we get to peek into while they figure out what exactly they are.

ENAMOR is new adulty without being new adulty. You don’t get a stupid girl who falls apart at the first sign of trouble or a fumbling college boy who does idiotic things with his dick. This book combines the best of contemporary romance with the best of new adult and I could not love it any harder.

Thanks for making me cry, Veronica. If it’s any consolation it was a sweet cry of relief and heart tugging happiness that surprised me. I adore ENAMOR. It had me falling from the very first scene. Best book Veronica’s written to date. hands down. #MustRead

“ the heart doesn’t ask for permission and it doesn’t check for boundaries. It’s selfish and reckless, just wanting and demanding, consequences be dammed.”

I adored this book from the very first moment! I loved the chemistry between Julia and Giles. The chemistry is beyond control and the pranking gives this story a funny edge to it. Giles trying to flirt with Julia, and Julia pretending she doesn’t fall for it was so fun to read. I just couldn’t put this book down until it was finished. The fact that both Julia and Giles have some baggage, but still try to help the other was such a positive aspect that didn’t give this book a depressed look.

I’ve read one Veronica Larsen book before this (The Edge Of Us), and I fell IN LOVE with her writing. Now, reading another book, I just sit here in a bit of a book haze. How does she write characters the way she does?! I need to read another Veronica Larsen book ASAP!!!

This is an enemies to friends to lovers story, between Giles and Julia. They end up as roommates in a house with Giles’ cousin Ava.

Julia is a very interesting character. She has been through something tragic and is estranged from her family. She has insecurities from life and she is not a very happy person.

Giles, now he’s the kind of character that I LOVE how Veronica Larsen can write!! He has layers. You don’t even realize it at first. He’s very complex and there are lots of layers to peel back. Will Julia be just the girl to do it, or will she be too caught up with all her own problems and insecurities?

This book is SO GOOD!!! I really loved it!! It has, flirting, puking, pranks, secrets, friendship, romance, heat, sexiness, dancing and a little leopard. I think you should read it to see what I mean!!!

A freebie I found while looking through my now huge collection. I liked the blurb; it fit my mood, and this didn't disappoint. I really liked Julia, and I loved her strength and snarky backbone. I hated that her family disowned her when she was the one victimized by her ex. I also liked Giles. He took more time to grow on me, but I really liked his honesty and his forthrightness. He was very confident (which like Julia, I found both repellent and attractive), and I loved the prank war! It was really funny, and made me laugh out loud to myself a few times. I adored how Giles and Julia eventually went from friends to lovers-- it felt so realistic, and how a genuine college relationship would begin (I've had similar, so it felt authentic). I've never read V. Larsen before, but I will definitely pick more books up-- wonderful book!

3 Sweet-Stars! ★★★
Julia and Giles’s first encounter is a rough one. Not long after that, they find out they’re roommates in a house with another girl named Ava. He flirts with Julia in a womanizing way and she tries to top him with pranks in response.

I did not like the slow moments. There were a lot of parts in the story when nothing happened. It was filled with long sets of dialogue between characters. It almost put me to sleep if it wasn’t for the climactic bursts. Those made everything worth it.

I was glad this was a stand-alone novel even though it is part of the ‘Hearts of Stone’ series, because on goodreads, this is book #1 of the series but everywhere online, it is book #3. I like to read books in order, so that part confused me a little.

"Fuck," he whispers, resting his forehead against mine. His eyes are closed but his expression is strained and tortured. "Please," he says in a tone I've never heard from him before, a feral sound that tugs between my thighs. "Tell me what gets you off and I swear to God I'll do it. I'll give it to you in ways you never knew you wanted. I'll reach you in places no one else will. You'll scream things you never knew you could."

This story was sexy! The fitting and sex scenes were applause worthy. I loved when they were sneaking around and trying to hide their relationship from everyone including their roommate.

All in all, I liked it. I didn’t love it. I felt it could have been shortened even though there are not that many pages in the book to begin with.

~ 3.5 Stars ~

I was introduced to Veronica Larsen earlier this year so I was excited to able to go back and read some of her earlier work. Enamor gives us a roommates to lovers romance with some fun pranks sprinkled throughout.

From the moment Julia and Giles meet, there's that instant spark. That overwhelming attraction that you can't seem to ignore. However, he's cocky and arrogant and she decides she wants nothing to do with him. Only to find out that they are now going to be roommates. Thus starts an epic enemies to lover battle. And yes, I say battle because they not only battle each other via pranks but they battle their own demons in order to finally recognize their feelings for each other.

Even though Julia has her own past that has left her vulnerable, I liked the fact that she was still so outspoken and fought for what she wanted. She didn't take any crap and she always stood her ground.  But it was with Giles that I could see that that was so much more to him lurking in the background that I instantly connected with and wanted more from him. I needed to know his story.

If you are looking for a fast paced and fund enemies/roommates to lovers story, then this is the book for you. You'll laugh, you'll feel for them and overall you'll want to fight for them as much as they want to fight for themselves.

This book was a quick and easy read. It was a pretty good read though with good characters and a good storyline.

The main characters are Giles and Julia. Julia is a girl running away from her past a sex tape which wasn't made with her consent being leaked on a revenge site by her ex. She moves away and into a new flat with Giles and his cousin Ava. Giles is a suave cassanova type who can get any girl he wants but the one girl he can't get from under his skin is Julia, though she has made it very obvious she wants nothing to do with him. First the two become friends but neither can deny the chemistry between them.

There are very few secondary characters and none that are particularly noteworthy to me.

The storyline isn't the most original but it was still a good read. The pacing was also good giving the two characters a lot of time to really be friends.

3 stars, a good read

To say I was completely enamored with this book would be an understatement. This is the first book that I have read by Veronica Larsen and I found it to be emotionally gripping, steamy, and it spoke to some of the troubles that can arise with spitefulness and technology. Enamor is a story where friendship and love go hand in hand. Julia and Giles are two souls that find each other at a time when they need one another the most. These characters draw on all of your emotions and are so much more than just another romance. Veronica Larsen gives us a story with lots of heart, emotion, and knows how to build the sexual tension to a feverish pitch!

Julia has been through so much and has had her privacy violated, accusations thrown, and judgments passed. It is a wonder that she is even brave enough to go out and face the world, yet she gets up and goes to school, to work, and continues on. When meeting Giles she is a broken shell of a young woman and instantly puts her guard up and instantly dislikes him. He reminds her of people in her past who have hurt her and she refuses to put herself in a situation to be hurt and ridiculed that way again. If only he wasn't so sexy and didn't get under her skin the way he does! Julia goes through an emotional journey of self discovery and learns the strength that she has within.

Giles is so freakin' hot and adorable in every way! To bad he made such a bad impression on Julia from the moment that they met. He does come across as cocky and as a man who gets around, but as you get to know him you find out that he is the perfect match for Julia. I loved their playful banter and the way they became such great friends and then scorching hot lovers. Giles has a tragic past and has been damaged just as much as Julia and needs to make amends with his past and let others share his grief as well.

Veronica writes a story of two young people who form a strong bond that leads to undeniable passion and love. Enamor was a pleasure to read from beginning to end. The characters are well developed, the story line is interesting, the romance is sweet, and the sex is off the charts hot! I highly recommend for a “feel good” read that speaks to the strength of friendship and love. I plan on reading the rest of the book in the Heart Of Stone series so that I can experience more of Veronica's amazing characters and riveting stories.

Torn between loving it and hating it.

Julia has moved away from anyone in her life who may have seen her biggest regret. She's moving into a new place with new roommates. She soon learns that one roommate happens to be Giles, a guy. Growing up with ultra conservative parents and leaving behind a messy breakup, Julia is too uncomfortable in her own skin to be ok with having a male roommate.

The first couple of chapters are boring. I had to push through them. It seemed to be worth it when the book suddenly became a Rom/Com. Julia came out of her shell as she and Giles engaged in an epic prank war. It would have led to an amazing book, if it hadn't gotten boring again.

When the pranks end, a friendship develops between the two. Although, they don't seem to know how to be friends. They sneak around, sleep in each other's beds, and constantly fight a growing attraction.

It gets better again when Julia finally lets go of all her drama and sleeps with Giles. Their relationship is fast paced and single minded. This is the part of the book where we move from Julia's drama to Giles' drama. His inability to connect and form a meaningful relationship because of his father's death offers them a bumpy road. It does eventually get resolved for the inevitable happily ever after.

My only question: What happened to Julia's ex?? After she punches him and sends him on his way, everything seems to go away. Does she ever get the ending she wanted? WHAT HAPPENED??

So, I'm torn. It was good, but too long. It left room for boring chapters that probably could have been skipped or condensed. I almost fell asleep at one point. Although to be fair, that could have been due to my lack of sleep the night before. Who know.

This is the first book I've read by this author so I didn't know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised, I really loved this book! It really held my attention that I found myself unable to put it down.

Julia moves into a new house with two strangers that are cousins. She doesn't realize until last minute that one of her new roommates happened to be a guy named Giles. A little off topic here. At first I couldn't get into the fact that his name was Giles. To me Giles will forever be a name for an older British man, i.e. Giles from the t.v. show Buffy the Vampire Slayer. While further reading the story it didn't bother me so much. Back on topic. Julia and Giles don't get along so well so they ensue a prank war on each other. The pranks were very entertaining and was very fun to read. Somewhere along the way they start getting closer to the point of becoming each other's best friend. Then lines star to blur.

I really liked reading a book for a change that didn't have much sex in it or happen right away. The characters got to know each other intimately without getting physical for awhile as does the reader before anything steamy happens. The two main characters both suffered from broken hearts in different ways and together had great chemistry. There's not a lot of appearances of different characters which was fine with me. I could then really focus on Julia and Giles.

I highly recommend this book!

This book was told in first person between the two main characters POV.

I adore friends-to-lovers stories, especially with sassy heroines who get me laughing.

Julia is such a heroine. She has some pretty clunky baggage, but her strength, that which some pretty strong friendships foster, carries her through it.

Giles, her nemesis-turned-best friend, encourages her, as does she to help him through his tough past. They make a good team helping each other.

This could have easily been a five-star read for me, but a couple of things caused the removal of one star. First, the aforementioned baggage Julia faced really didn't get the full amount of closure I needed. I just wanted the full scoop, and I feel I only got maybe a quarter scoop. Second, the end was rushed. The slow build to their relationship was nice, but the abrupt ending kinda made the whole wait seem really drawn out. An epilogue would have done wonders.

After the words, "the end," it said to read more about Julia and Giles in the other books, but weren't they written before this one? Does this one go back in time to tell the story of already established characters? I guess I'll read Lex's story to see.

This is a heartwarming tale of two broken people forming a great friendship and then some. Giles and Julia are a couple of pranksters. Julia is finally moving out of her uncles place. She is estranged from her family, and the reasoning for this is shocking. She is ready to more in with Ava and a third roommate. He first meeting of Giles is funny. I really enjoyed the prank war between the two.
Giles is a heartbroken man, who was cheated on and the issues with his family. My heart just broke for him.
When Giles takes a prank to far, he instantly regrets it. And oh my, that prank was just cruel. He finally realises his mistake and the start of his feelings.
Julia finally gets the courage to fight back on the sex tape. I loved when she throat punch him!! I was cheering for her.
These two are just right for each other. I am so glad that Julia didn't give in and let Giles just use her for a distraction. She held her ground.

This does end with a HEA and is a beautifully written story. It's not two people just falling into bed together. It's a build-up of feelings and friendship.

Giles could be a real sweetheart, "I never thought I could spend so much time in bed with a girl I wasn't having sex with. Sex is great. But honestly, I'd choose a night sleeping beside you over sex with anyone else. Hands down." I loved how he talked he got me all hot and bothered, "damn it, woman. Quit playing with me," he says, tugging at my hips until my body is pressed tight to his." I enjoyed this book.

Absolutely Loved It!

I don't know where to begin, honestly. This is your typical frenemies - friends-turned lovers romance book but Veronica Larsen just owned it. I loved both characters, liked their banters and I was really impressed by their over-the-top pranks. It's enjoyable to read about. If you need a nice, straight-forward, sweet, cute as hell romance to fill your evening, then this book is for you. <3
