A top five best kettlebell training book. Good pedagogy and advice
I started with Pavel's books and they're really good. This is not only a good 30-day training plan but also a very sound primer. I really liked it. I'm sure you will, too. Maybe not for the trainer, coach, or pro.
The book is straight forward, it tells you what you need to do to get a safe effective kettlebell workout. It introduces you to the exercises slowly with pics and then provides you with a 30 day workout that you can taylor based on your strength and preferences. The key is to build up and not overdo it. The workout is good for all people of all fitness levels. It is progressive. I can’t get to the gym as much as I would like so this is my saving grace.
