Disclaimer: I am a huge fan of this universe, so this review is just going to basically be Varric Tethras fangrrrl gushing. The only bitching I'll make is that these little instalments are too short, and out of pure financial considerations I am limited to buying the entire series all in one fell swoop. Basic premise is that Varric finds himself *completely* out of his comfort zone because he's in the Fade, and dwarves don't dream, so he's not on board with his situation. Inadvertently he finds himself cast as cavalry because everyone else in his party is stuck in their particular dreams. Varric has the job of shaking them out of their respective dream situations, which each reflect aspects of the characters hopes in real life. Varric's own dream is heartbreaking, to say the least. All the feels. Overall, lovely visuals, beautifully drawn and coloured, and well worth investing in if you're a canon junkie like I am.

Bought this via Dark Horse comics online store, and am reading it on the app on my iPad, which is proving to be a really hassle-free way for me to consume comic book media.
