Well must say this book was great, it surprised me how great main No Name Character was.
Witty, and quick one liners ready. This book main strength is its main character that is thrown in strange post apocalyptic world, amnesia and a feeling for the combat. Book is high on action and low on descriptions (would love to know more about enclave look)
Must say this book is interesting and it lives a lot to explore in future sequels, or maybe a prequel would be great..
Great book for you to read on train or while traveling as it is easy flowing and not boring...
Mars you are getting up in my ranking of my favorite Sci-fi writers, keep it up... Hope you do prequel on this book as I find that Aline - Human War really interesting topic, and setting
This book was great. So much so that I was disappointed that I wasn't disappointed. I read one of Mars Dorian books and I cried. It was so horrible. The main character sucked.
However, this story was short, simple, and great. It was so fantastic that I should have given it four stars, but that star was lost from the worry of reading another horrible story from this author.
So yeah, if you didn't like Dorian before, try again. He's a great writer, even though some of his other writings let him down.
I wanted to write a compelling sci-fi wasteland thriller about a world full of dark secrets, weird technology and unique militarized factions. It's inspired by Dune, Mad Max and Japanese Dystopian Post-Apocalyptic anime elements. I really hope you enjoy this.
