I'm a Scooby-Doo fan from way back, particularly the New Scooby-Doo Movies where they teamed with celebrity guests like Batman or the Harlem Globetrotters. In fact, once when I was four, I feel sleep before Scooby-Doo started and slept through it, prompting me to ask my mom to call the station to see if they would show it again. She did not, setting the tone for our relationship for the next 39 years.

Anyway, in this volume, the Mystery Inc gang teams with The Flintstones, The Jetsons, Secret Squirrel, Jonny Quest, Superman, and finally Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy. These episodes each feel like they could be lost episodes of Scooby-Doo from the late 1970s/early 1980s. The plots by Sholly Fisch ring true to the characters, both the Scooby gang and the guest stars.

The art by Dario Brizuela and Scott Jeralds looks like it came straight off of the Hanna-Barbera model sheets, both for Scooby and guests, although Superman, Harley and Ivy displayed a welcome Bruce Timm influence.

The stories are aimed at younger readers and work well as such. There are no decapitations, savage beatings, or any of the other things we take for granted in modern comics. There are hijinks aplenty, jokes, and someone getting unmasked at the end, a hallmark of any Scooby-Doo story.

Scooby-Doo Team-Up was good for a couple hours of light, fun reading. Three out of five Scooby Snacks.

The Scooby-Doo Team-Up series features Scoob and the ganging working with various other characters in the DC universe. The first volume featured primarily team-ups with superheroes, but this volume primarily features team-ups with other Hanna-Barbera characters. The Flintstones, the Jetsons, Johnny Quest, and Secret Squirrel make appearances. For superhero fans, there are two superhero stories: one with Superman and another with Harley and Ivy.

This series really understands what works about Scooby-Doo. It treats the characters with respect while at the same time having fun with some of the tropes of the cartoon series. I actually found myself laughing out loud at some of Shaggy and Scooby's antics. Well worth a read.

A refreshing change from gritty, violent comics. These take you to Saturday mornings in front of the tv having a bowl of cereal and enjoying being entertained by Scooby and the Super Friends. We need more of this to balance out the darker side of comics.

One good read leads to another, right? I had a blast with volume one so it wasn't Flinstones or Jetson's futuristic rocket science to snap up volume two.

The first volume featured primarily team-ups with superheroes, but this volume, issues #7-12, has the Mystery gang teaming up with other Hanna-Barbera characters. The Flintstones, the Jetsons, Johnny Quest, and Secret Squirrel with two superhero stories: Superman and Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy.

The flow into issue #1 and transitions to each new issue was tight and fun. First, the gang arrives back in Bedrock with the Flintstones when a prehistoric professor's time machine drags them back to solve the phantom at the opera then with the help of an alien friend of Fred's, issue #2 lands them at the Jetsons in time to help them take care of the ghost at George's work place. An archaeological discovery sends them into Issue #3 where they help Johnny Quest and his friends stop a jewel heist and a villain set on world domination. Speaking of world domination, issue #4 has the Mystery gang teaming up with Secret Squirrel to stop a medieval era ghost and get a peace treaty ratified. Next in Issue #5 The Daily Planet is the setting for another ghostly visitation with catastrophic effects when Superman is the one needing monstrous help. But, the cream on top was the final Issue #6 when the villains, Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy want help from the Mystery gang and Scoob to get rid of a ghostly curse on their stolen gem.

Another sensational specter-filled outing with stellar illustrations and fun, nostalgic visits with Hanna-Barbera creations looking and acting so well I thought I stepped back into time for Saturday morning cartoons. A visit with a superhero at his day job followed by an at-home with a pair of villainesses was pitch-perfect. Off I go for more adventures with the Scooby Doo Team Up series.

Really good, just like the first volume. However, this time around the team-ups include less superheroes (although Superman and his Daily Planet cohorts figure prominently in a middle story, and there is a surprise cameo of another character in the final one) and focuses more on the players from mid-60's Hanna-Barbera shows. The 'Jonny Quest' adventure was probably the best of the bunch.

Vol. 2 starts off with Scooby and the gang getting swept back into time by a time machine that pulls from the future. Bedrock with the Flintstones and opera ghosts are fine, but then comes the Jetsons, Johnny Quest, Superman on a rampage, Secret Squirrel, and finally, my favorite of the comic - Harley Quinn, Poison Ivy, Catwoman, and Batgirl! Each episode is short, but fun and entertaining. So if you are looking for a quick entertaining read, these team-ups are the place to go! Thanks Hoopla for having these!

This series continues to be a bunch of fun. This volume includes team-ups with The Flintstones, The Jetsons, Jonny Quest, and Secret Squirrel, plus a couple DCU-centric ones. The art works perfectly with the stories too. Thanks again for making these available for free, Comixology and/or DC!

I really enjoyed the Harley Quinn story. That was great.

The other stories, including other cartoon guest stories, were true to the series but not particularly attention grabbing.

Love this series! I’m reading these to my 4 year-old son at bedtime and he really enjoys them! We borrowed from the library’s digital catalog and it is really cool on the mobile app because you can flip from panel to panel. We both love this feature because it is hard to read comics aloud and be able to follow along, but with only one panel highlighted at a time, it is much easier. If you haven’t tried to read these digitally, I strongly recommend it!

This volume gets into a few characters that I am not even familiar with and it is fun to be introduced to them and also to introduce my son to the classic characters from The Flintstones and The Jetsons. He already loves Scooby Doo, so this is such a fun way to expand his comic horizons.

Similar to the first volume, I simply cannot resist the classic charm of this series. Admittedly, I did not enjoy this volume as much as I did the first, but a fair amount of that can be attributed to the fact that I was not as big a fan of the characters they crossed over with this time so I was not as invested. Overall, this series maintains a sense of charm and humor that makes it damn enjoyable as a fan of the original show.

More ridiculous teamups as everyone's favorite ghostbusters help out superheroes ranging from the Flintstones to Superman, the Jetsons to Supersquirrel. Only four stars because Scooby and the gang don't really make much of a difference to the Superman plot and Secret Squirrel just isn't an interesting enough character to team up with.
Lots of Easter eggs and in-jokes ("I'm glad you're not here for breakfast, Barney's always stealing my cereal.") and a lot of fun.

It's like this: I absolutely love Scooby-Doo Team-Up. But I came to the show a little bit late. In fact, I didn't even fully commit to this series until around issue #17. It was then that I wised up and subscribed through my favorite comics shop so I didn't miss an issue.

For one reason or another, this series is on fire. Kids and adults love it. The series is actually more popular than the regular DC kids Scooby comic. SDTU is a monthly issue. Scooby-Doo, Where Are You? is a bi-monthly release.

For this very reason, (plus this is a kids comic book), it is nearly impossible to find back issues of Team-Up. That's why I broke down and finally bought this trade release despite having a couple of the issues in reprinted inside. It was more important to me to get to read all of the issues in this series than getting double-helpings of some tales. In fact, when I reread those issues, I still had a ton of fun reading them!

Along with a costume swapping caper involving Jimmy Olsen as Elastic Lad and Lois Lane as Superwoman, this volume contains the critically acclaimed 2-parter in which the Mystery Inc. gang go back in time to meet the Flintstones and then forward in time to pal around with the Jetsons.

Writer Sholly Fisch is a master at this genre. And I just love Dario Brizuela's art-style. The characters are superior and his repetitive use of backgrounds and certain characters has grown on me. It's not that he's a lazy artist. Instead, Brizuela is trying to capture the feel of those early morning Hanna-Barbera cartoons of the 60s, 70s and 80s.

I recently acquired the Kindle version for free on Amazon. I loved the cartoon as a kid, although the storylines are often cookie cutter, with the mysteries solved by accident. Additionally, I think cross-overs are usually pretty dumb, and I think this is partially the case here; although most stories are pretty enjoyable. It opens up with The Flintstones where a scientist has created a time machine made of stone. He brings the Mystery Gang from the present day, and they solve a mystery involving a phantom of the opera. They are then intended to be sent back to their own time, but instead get sent to the future, where they meet The Jetsons. Once they return to the correct time, the next stories involve an assortment of characters with Superman, Johnny Quest, Secret Squirrel, and Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy.

Great series that isn't trying to do more then tell fun stories as the Scooby gang team up with a variety of DC and HB characters.

There's no concerns about realism or how this is all happening on the same world.
Batman and Secret Squirrel exist on the same Earth...?
Yes, they do, get over it.

The subtitles whenever Scooby encounters another dog characters is great, the humor is not just funny, but can also be quite clever.
The stories and humor also make good use of all the various characters history.

The mysteries are pretty light weight, but you don't pick up this title for the intricate plotting and twist endings, but rather to see the interaction between the characters.

In an era of gritty realism this series is an oasis of fun.

An array of Warner Bros characters that Mystery Inc tram up with to solve mysteries, including The Flintstones, The Jetsons, Secret Squirrel, Johnny Test, Superman, and the pairing of Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy. The way the Scooby Doo gang is drawn feels less distinctive than the figures could be, with some poses feeling copied and pasted from regularly used stills, yet that doesn't take away from how fun these stories are.

I about lost it when I picked these up. Huge Scooby-Doo, Hanna-Barbera cartoon fan. When I saw the Flintstones and Jetsons in the beginning, I leaped into reading it. It was like two of my favorite cartoons, but combined! I absolutely loved this one even though Mystery Inc. isn't on their own. Super great team ups and story lines, and amazing overall. Totally recommend this one and the series of 8.

Some of the encounters felt forced, but were still executed decently. And despite the varying art styles sharing the same pages, it all somehow worked (without being a distraction).
It poked fun at itself; rightfully so. And it was such fun and joy just reading these Mystery Inc moments.
Clever writing, witty respect to all universes visited, and easy flowing arc throughout.

Scooby and gang meet The Flintstones, The Jetsons, Superman, Dr Quest, Secret Squirrel, Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy. I was unfamiliar with Dr. Quest and Secret squirrel. They were good, but i think I missed some references. Really enjoyed the Jetsons one.

Scooby-Doo and the gang meet lots of interesting characters. It's all fun and games, at least in retrospect. Really, though, who would like rhosts and raliens?

Lovely artwork to look at, wonderful stories to read. Truly all ages.

Loved it.

I have been the biggest fan of Scooby-Doo and reading its stories is so cool. I had a blast reading them and the graphics were so good, this was mindblowing. A mind refreshing comic book with different adventures of Scooby and the other team members. Must try.

I’ve always been a fan of scooby doo since I can remember these comics are brilliant. Didn’t expect them to be so long as other issues similar to this are usually a hell of a lot shorter. Fun as always!
