Colorado fly-fishing pro Travis Crenshaw hooked the big catch when he met his sweet Georgia girlfriend on a guided expedition. After two years of long-distance dating, he’s hoping to reel her in with a sunset proposal and a sparkly vintage ring. But his family—considered royalty in small-town Thistle Bend—is pushing a different plan. Will Travis make modern-day history by putting his proposal in the middle of a generations-long family feud, or will he stick with his strategy and cast his own line?
Ask Me Again is a preview story for "Should've Said No", the first full-length novel in the Thistle Bend Series.
Award-winning author Tracy March writes romantic thrillers and lighthearted romances inspired by her real-life happily ever after.
Always up for travel and adventure, Tracy has flown in a stunt plane, snowmobiled on the Continental Divide, ziplined in the Swiss Alps, and been chased by a bull in the mountains of St. Lucia. She loves Nationals baseball, Saturday date nights, and Dairy Queen Blizzards—and rarely goes a day without craving pizza.
Tracy lives in Yorktown, Virginia, with her superhero husband who works for NASA.
Received this free Arc copy from the author for an honest review. Oh what a beautiful romantic story. Absolutely loved it. Travis wants to propose to Emily his long distance girlfriend. will his plans be perfect or not enough. Couldn't read it quickly enough and look forward to reading more by this author.
Well, this was so short that it wasn't worth reading. The author could have used the information in this story as a memory or flash back in another book. I probably won't continue with the series, but I may read this author again.
Genre: Romance Rating: 4 out of five star This charming romantic vignette will keep a smile on your face long after you put the book down. Travis knew Emily was the one for him from the moment she and her father walked into his fishing shop to plan a guided fishing tour. For almost two years the two maintained a long distance relationship. Now, it was time to make the relationship permanent. Travis had the perfect proposal planned, it was sure to make Emily’s heart flutter. There was one thing standing in the way of his plans. The Crenshaw-Karlsson family feud. Would Travis follow through with his plans to his plan to propose to Emily or would he cave into the rivalry of two families? You will have to read to find out. Though Ask me again is a short vignette, March has portrayed the characters of Travis and Emily beautifully. As a reader I was able to feel each and every emotion that the characters felt. An author must possess a true awareness of the written work to be able to convey that to a reader. A true four out of five-star charmer for any fan of romance fiction.
A cute short story that will give you butterflies as we are given a bit of an insight to the love and romance between Travis and his girlfriend Emily. Travis met Emily a bit over two years ago, and fell in love right away. After a bit of a long distance relationship, he's ready to take their relationship to the next level....he's ready to propose. He has an idea as to how and where and when, but an agreement with his brother, after he got him a bit drunk, and wanting to stay on his Gran's good side, has him coming up with an alternative. Will she say yes? or will he make a fool of himself? A great introduction to what promises to be an awesome series. I received a copy of this book, and have in return, voluntarily given my honest review.

Travis and his girlfriend Georgia have been dating for Two years , but before he plan's to propose his family intervenes . Will this Fly- fishing pro get the girl of his dreams to marry him or will his family send her packing ?
This was a sweet start to Tracy March's new series .I've never read a book about a Fly - fisherman. You can tell it's going to be an HEA, but it was a little to short(18 pgs.) for me to really get to know the characters and there backstories , but I will give the first book of The Thistle Bend series a try.
Ask Me Again is my first read by author Tracy March. This quick little story was a joy to read. Ask Me Again is loaded with humor, lovable characters and just a touch of suspense. This book is a quick read, perfect for those with limited time for reading but need a romance fix. Travis and Emily's story is a clean read, safe for all ages. I enjoyed this book and look forward to reading more from Tracy March in the future. Ask Me Again is part of the Thistle Bend Series but can be read as a standalone. This is a complete book, not a cliff-hanger.
This was a sweet tasty preview of a longer book that I forget the name of right now. I liked this but honestly felt a little lost because the full story wasn't there. And no I didn't realize it was only a preview when I downloaded it.
Travis and Emily's families have been feuding for years but they're in love, will Travis risk it all and propose to his girl or deny them their happy ever after?
I recently ran across this short novella offered for free and decided to give it a try. I had not read anything by Tracy March prior to this and I love discovering new talent. I enjoyed this "preview" story quite a bit and look forward to reading more from Ms March and revisiting Thistle Bend.
