With the help of her soon-to-be husband, Medusa, Aphrodite, Sif, Thor, Iddun and Bastet, Lady Kitty enters in a new wormhole – this time falling right in a Celtic realm. After the Wormhole (Wormhole, #2) By Anan Franco

Aphrodite and Medusa grew up together not always getting along. Then One day, Medusa is forced to make a choice that could save Aphrodite’s life but comes with a cost.

A fantastic short story that blends magic and mythology. The characters are well developed. Both Aphrodite and Medusa are very likable. They are put in a situation that is not ideal, and life changing decisions have to be made.

Isis and Anubis are brother and sister. They live a good life. Anubis is a Prince and Isis is a Princess. Everyone loves Isis and then tragedy hits. She falls into a portal and ends up with an eccentric old lady who is obsessed with cats.

A very original story The plot is original, with mythology, love and adventure. The characters are well developed. Isis and Anubis are very likable. Isis finds herself in the real world, with a really strange woman. The writing is written with flare, from the gifted Brazilian Author Ana Franco.

I highly recommend After the Wormhole, a fantastic story mixing mythology with fantasy, five stars all the way!

*This book was sent to me complimentary in exchange for an honest rating and review.*

I'd like to again thank the author Ana for sending me a copy of her book.
This story has so much potential, yet it falls short in so many ways. Trying to figure out what the author was trying to say was a headache. The story could have been so enjoyable with this new take on mythology but just trying to get from one page to the next was such a struggle. 'Cherished' instead of 'Cheshire', 'pursue' instead of pursed', 'on' in place of 'in'. This was recurring throughout the entire book, not just once or twice and it strongly detracted from the main storyline. I know the author is self published and that is awesome. I just hope that someone edits for her because it would help her book tremendously! She would reach more people because the bottom line of the story is actually very good and extremely interesting.
Also, the ending seemed to be a bit rushed. Everything else in the story was detailed and explained but the ending was scattered and rushed.

Due to all of the above I have to give the book a 2.5 rating, but I rounded it up to a 3.
