This was a new author to me and i was quite surprised by this book. Loved Maddy and Jace they are such an interesting combination that you are hanging on the edge of your seat waiting to turn the next page. They are chemistry in action with a lot of history that just makes it more interesting. Really hoping that they are able to come together and get their happily ever after. My only disappointment is that i have too wait to get the next two installments to find out what happened to them.

A Combination Of Reunion And Retribution -
This is the first book I have read from Kelly Favor and I can say she did an amazing job building up the storyline to get me hooked and then end book one in a cliffhanger at just the right time. I usually don’t like reading books with cliffhangers, but I can assure you that this book is a definite must read, as it will leave you desperately looking forward to reading the rest of the books in the series.

Like this series and like this author, however they need to complete a series (this is the 3rd one I've picked up) before moving onto the next one. I was frustrated after the first two not being completed and went to one of the older series and again not complete after releasing it in 2017, it is now 2023. So if you don't want to read a series that may never be completed, I suggest you don't start this one.

A well written, entertaining read. It's only downfall is it's length, but I can't rate harshly simply because of that. I will warn though, that if you intend to read this, you should get all the books in the series at once. If you don't, you will left hanging and hating yourself for not doing so at the end of book one. Can't wait to see what happens next.

I liked this book. But regardless of it, I couldn't help feeling disappointed by the length of it. like wtf? 50 pgs? and the price to read the second but which is just as long just for almost $3, yeah I dont think so.

Sexy as hell, but felt incomplete. Cliffhanger, I guess? I liked learning what stood between them after she'd struggled to get his attention in the first scene. Made it even more real in spite of thinking I knew what their past relationship had been.

This is the 1st book I read by Kelly Favor. Maddy got on my nerves when Jace tells her go she seems to beg him. I understand her but she should have pride in herself. This story not for me.

This story will have you confused at first but then just as you are pulled into the story it ends in a cliffhanger. Looking forward to see where it goes from here.

Chained by Kelly Favor is the first book I have read from this author. I enjoyed it but wish it were a little longer. I loved the chemistry and history between Maddy and Jace. I look forward to reading the next one.
