I like the small town and rural area feel of things. I am married to a wonderful husband and have four fantastic kids and two rambunctious dogs. What an amazing conclusion to the series. Legacy picked up where Venom left off and so the phoenix is being mourned as she sacrificed her life to save humans and vampires alike. The story line and characters were brilliantly written and full of depth. I certainly loved reading every book in the series but I truly felt saddened for Harry who suffers the most lose as he struggles with Laine's death. This is a fast paced read and you don't even realize how investd in the book you are until you reach the end.
I will definitely miss these characters but I look forward to reading more of Ms. Pierce's books.

Number one, I was lucky to get an ARC of this book. I LOVE LOVE this series and am sad to see it end. The characters feel, to me, like real people. And like real people, you like some, love some and hate some. But to me that is great storytelling. And Bree Pierce is a wonderful newer author who tells wonderful stories. I wish everyone would read her books and see what she can do with words.
This book didn't let me down. Plenty of action, romance and vampires. A win,win,win situation. I missed one character but hopefully we will see him somewhere else, with his own story.
PLEASE, grab the series, begin with Balloons In The Yard, continue on,to Venom till you get to this story. You will come back to me and say THANK YOU!! How did I live without this authors work? Oh, you're welcome.

This series just keeps getting better. Things aren't as them seem with some of the characters but it takes reading the whole story before understanding this. The suspense of this one was awesome. Bree put a nice twist on what we already know about her characters from the first book and kept me wondering what and who until the very end. Loved it so much. If you are looking for a great series with a different take on vampires, you need to take a chance on this one.

Wow. What an amazing end to a fantastic series. Legacy starts where Venom finished.
Coming to terms with the death of Lainey (the Phoenix), Harry and Hadrian need to find a way to rule. Hadrian finds solace in Corina however has a lot on his young shoulders. Harry is a different story.
I found myself fully immersed in this final instalment and could not put it down. I love the way BREE brings the Characters to life in her writing. Looking forward to what she writes next.

Another amazing book by Bree Pierce, it shows what happens once you reach the breaking point when you lose someone you love so much. Bree has a way of drawing you into each book, you love the characters and after reading the third book you fall in love with each. I'd recommend grabbing the series if you haven't read it. The opening of Legacy is deep, you will need tissues. Love this series.
