This is the third book about the same character, Tanner Stone. I don't think you necessarily have to have read them all, but there are lots of characters that overlap!
This book is more of a political thriller than a hacker mystery novel. It was an entertaining read.

Excellent continuity from the authors previous novels.
This is the ultimate future hero. Acer is the best author to play out the possibilities of conspiracy. He ties in everything together in a most interesting manner. Read it in two sittings only because I started to late on the first one and had to get up early the next day. Ps: theres a lot of talk about phony endorsements today, this is not one of them!
