Echo A Melody

A group of friends gather in the mountains at a cabin for a weekend of drinking and musical aspiration. But very soon after they find themselves trapped within the mountainous landscape, the atmosphere growing thick with fog and an unsettling coldness biding. They assume that the song started must be finished before they can escape. However, in a turn of events the group finds a friend dead from the night before and tensions grow high. How will the song end and end the story with it?

About the author

Nicholas Dodge is a native of Colorado, studying English Writing from various schools such as ACC and Mesa State University. Artwork by him is published in the 2015 edition of Arapahoe Community College's yearly literary magazine The Progenitor. He has engaged in spoken word and slam poetry in places such as The Mercury Cafe and Denver's own Tattered Cover Book Store. Nick specializes in all forms of writing including short stories, poetry, lyricism and novels.

His political-based action novel ZERO is due to be finished Summer of this year.
